Excelent
We had a wonderful stay at HM Hotels and would highly recommend it.
The staff is one of the hotel's greatest strengths. Everyone was warm, friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. Communication was excellent throughout our visit, and every request was handled quickly, professionally, and with a smile.
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entire hotel was clean, organized, and created a relaxing atmosphere that made our holiday even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire HM Hotels team for your outstanding hospitality and for making us feel so welcome. We would be happy to return and will definitely recommend your hotel to others!

Worst hotel experience ever
The food was okay but nothing fancy. There was no entertainment in the evening.
You had to get your drinks in a pladtic cup.
The airconditioning was not working properly in several areas including in some of the rooms.
There was no place to sit and play cards in the evening.
There were lots of mosquitoes and other bugs, and we got bitten a lot.
And it was VERY NOISY at night. Party "all night long", so ear plugs and sleeping pills were used every night at the hotel.
On the plus side: Most of the staff were friendly.
You had to get your drinks in a pladtic cup.

Awful staff
we're here last year and it was great: however this year awful! unsure if under new management or just new staff? the staff were so rude and obnoxious. lots of complaints by people we spoke too.Never again!
