Great Experience in Gran Via

I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, very helpful people, great rooms, excellent breakfast, location, special mention to Patricia, was wonderful!...I would like to stay there forever!! Thank you guys!!

Definitely worth staying here!

Absolutely beautiful, the staff were kind and helpful, great location, and the breakfast was a really nice variety.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was beyond helpful. Ester was the first to greet me after a very long sleepless journey. She helped me when I need help with the lighting system. The bed was comfortable. The rooftop bar was enjoyable. I would stay there again.
