Pleasant experience and comfort for staying in Madrid

The hotel in general is super well located, the facilities are very clean and neat. The rooms are spacious and correspond to the photos. The staff is also super friendly and they help you with everything you need. I had room 321 which is next to the elevator and the WIFI didn't reach me very well, I left the comment and I hope they can fix it in the future.
The location is strategic, meters from Gran Vía and the SOL metro station or Renfe commuter rail; A plus since you can arrive by metro from the airport directly (not directly, but it is possible). Also, you hear almost nothing from the street when you sleep, which allows you to rest peacefully.

Great place to stay

Lovely room with balcony. Great central location. Super friendly helpful staff. Air conditioning kept up with the 40 degree heat.

Great location for everything. Staff very friendly. Lovely choice of breakfast each morning. Lovely room with a huge king size bed. Had everything we needed & supplied me with an iron when I asked. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very accommodating. Would definitely visit again.

Good location

well located hotel, clean and comfortable bed
We had some problems in our room, where the glass holder of the box fell and broke, we warned room service and maid, but even so some glass cakes remained in the box. The "general" key of our room also turned off all the time and with that it gets no light and air conditioning,

Good hotel with nice rooms and good breakfast.

Nice hotel with good rooms and good breakfast. Private parking garage, but rather expensive at €30 per day. Walking distance to most places of interest in the city center. Helpful front desk staff.
