Great accommodation and top location
Top location 100 meters from the metro and walking close to everything, Plaza Maior and if you want to enjoy Madrid walking also Reina, Prado and Buen Ritiro park. Also at 100 meters there is a supermarket always open where we bought water and breakfast.
Finally reception at 500 meters with maximum availability to keep luggage after leaving the apartment.
Would highly recommend.

GET AWAY RIGHT AWAY. SHAME THAT ACCOMMODATIONS LIKE THIS ARE OFFERED. SICKENING.
“...It is a disgrace that this type of accommodation is open and offered. It has been one of the most unpleasant experiences we have had in an accommodation. We did not expect a 4 or 5 star hotel, because we opened there, logically, but for a stay of less than 24 hours, because it is a stopover in the trip, and given the excessive prices that are at this time in Madrid, we found it a good option given the quality of the images, the reviews, price and location.
It is a completely disgusting accommodation..., in relation to the CLEANLINESS, ODORS, CONDITION OF THE ROOM EQUIPMENT,..., and I repeat, because it was VERY DISGUSTING..., THE TOTAL LACK OF CLEANLINESS.
EVERYTHING THEY COULD OFFER WAS VERY DISGUSTING.... IT'S ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES WE'VE EVER HAD IN AN ACCOMMODATION. We have been to numerous hotel establishments, extra-hotels, apartments,..., in Spain and the rest of the world, but this is by far the worst experience we have had.... COMPLETELY DISGUSTING.
HOWEVER MUCH YOU PUT PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE APARTMENT, YOU CAN NOT REFLECT THE AMOUNT OF DIRT AND BAD SMELL THAT THE PROPERTY HAD. IN ADDITION TO BLOOD ON "CLEAN" TOWELS LEFT, BROKEN OR FAULTY FACILITIES, CLOSET DOORS THAT COST TO OPEN,.... IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PHOTOGRAPHS THEY EXHIBIT (these are from when the building was recently renovated)..."

Overpriced and disappointing
The room we rented was in poor condition: we had a very dirty sofa, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the shower floor was slippery. The room was located in a very old and dark building, and it wasn’t nice or cozy at all, quite gloomy, with two small windows and no view. Everything felt extremely basic.
On top of that, the reception is at a different address, which is inconvenient because you have to go somewhere else first before getting to your room. The staff at reception didn’t seem friendly either.
For the price they charge, it is simply not worth it.

Very bad experience to escape
Run away, don't rent. Very bad experience. The only advantage is location.
1) dusty apartment being asthmatic my children and I had to take treatment for allergies and asthma attacks.
2) clothes in the previous occupant's washing machine. The machine is in terrible condition. No one had noticed the laundry for at least a few days.
3) the floor, walls are dirty. Lots of humidity.
4) no brightness
5) brief housekeeping
6) yellow and dirty pillows.
7) crumbling headboard.
8) suspicious stains on mattresses.
The photos from the rental company are misleading, it was a shock when you entered the apartment.
We asked to change apartments but the rooms offered were well above our budget.
Housekeeping proposal made but not satisfactory.
The apartment needs a major refresh. (black paint, seal, etc.)
