In general. Great.

The pillow was very thin and I got an orthopedic type. The reception people are great.. attentive.polite. everything very clean. The showers too.. the bathrooms upstairs a hit as I was on 32 and I would laze down to the bathroom. Quiet. I'll just put a slap on... The capsule doors make a lot of noise when they open and close and that makes one wake up continuously because people come and go.

The concept idea is very good, but it is terrible for resting. The blame lies with the four people on duty who do not allow for rest: loud noises, phone conversations, using the restrooms like true farm animals... And it is a shame because the spaces are continuously cleaned by very attentive staff, and the reception staff is outstanding.

Bad experience

In the center excellent...
But otherwise it leaves you very puzzled.
Poor courtesy of the operators, zero empathy....
A structure that leaves the time it finds.
Continuous noises at all times and a coming and going of capsule openings..... then they tell you that you can not talk except in the relaxation area.... Bad bathrooms, a mix of negative things but first of all the lack of empathy of the Perosnale.

They keep my money, for not wanting to modify the reservation, for greater cause.

Amazing staff, but not for rest

The capsules are comfortable, the reception staff is a 10, I think I was attended by one of the owners as well, my TV did not work and they passed me to another capsule better, the truth that the bathrooms could be better, being shared leave enough to be desired and people are quite disrespectful with the noises which is not the fault of the hotel, it is but they usually make the silence respect. My experience was regular but they served super well and thank you a lot!
