Comfortable stay in the heart of Madrid

The hostel is located in the Chueca neighborhood, in a building, just a few steps from Gran Vía, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and theaters. Getting around from here is very simple, since the subway stations and bus stops are just a few minutes' walk away and perfectly connect every neighborhood and the airport. The rooms and the bathroom are extremely clean, the beds are comfortable, and despite the central location, the rooms remain quiet enough from outside noise. The staff is welcoming, always available to provide information about the city and the places of greatest interest. The Wi-Fi connection is also fast and free, making the stay comfortable from every point of view. If I really have to find a negative note, it is that the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning but only a fan, and for those who suffer from the heat, it could be a problem.

Very stubborn

I was extremely sick last minute and asked to modify the dates or make an exception and they declined without any effort to make a change or help…

As a first-time visitor to Madrid, all I was looking for was a room with a bed in a convenient location, and HNGI certainly provided that: great location just off Gran Via close to the B

Not up to standard for a hotel at that price and rating. You could hear everything, people leaving, talking, doors slamming and so on. Don’t book if you wanna be able to sleep.

Clean room, good staff and availability. Rooms are code to one another so every door slam and conversation and water running is audible.
