Decent hotel near the airport
Decent hotel, some comercial activity around and small restaurants.
Reception and room were reasonable. Just a place to spend a night with some comfort.

Too bad
Sordid rooms, lacking enough outlets, and a front desk employee who must have been having a bad day or a bad year.

Very uncomfortable bed. Not worth the money.
Location is great. ...near to restaurants and a ten minute walk from the metro.
Staff are very friendly. Room was clean.
The facilities in the room were awful....the most uncomfortable bed that i have ever slept in. The shower was mouldy and the shower head didn't work properly, hence an awful shower. The room was dated ....a peeling artificial leather chair and old wooden furniture. For the price we paid , it was not worth the money . Unfortunately we will never stay there again .

Sleeples night in hotel Don Luis
My company booked this hotel for as I had 8 hours between connecting flight. I reach the hotel on 20. March around 23:00h. Male night receptionist was police, did a good service, asking if i need a taxi as my next flight from madrid was early. He wrote the times for wake up call, and issued me room 2009 on the 4th floor. Room was basic. Mini bar empty, but honestly i did not care as i just wanted to sleep few hours before my next flight. That is why i am in this hotel in the first place. Few min before midnight i hear very loud female voice onnthe corridor, entering a room next to mine, room 2008. For 20 minutes she did not stop talking loud and i understood she is talkin on her phone. Little did I know she was not a guest but hotel staff, probably HK, who was goong in and out this room for several times. The walls between 2009 and 2008 are made from plasterboard and had 0 sound protection. I tried to do my best to ignore the noise hoping it will stop soon. I was dead tired at that time. But bas for me, noise did not stop. At all. Banging wooden door sounded like someone was entering my room. It was that bad. At one point i knocked on the "wall" and the noise immediatley stopped. The lady went out of the room. 10 min later she is back. Few min before 03:00 i called the reception and asked them for taxi at 03:30. Same receptionst asked me if I want anither room and i told him now it is a bit too late. If he wanted to be helpfull they should never issed room 2009. My expectations of this accomodation were low as i just wanted to sleep few hours. And even low expectations were failure. Went out, same receptinst was very cold, saying he is sorry and have a nice evening. What a joke. Anyhow, keep this in mind if you are there with intention to rest. You will jot for sure. Dear Don Luis crew a little bit common sence would help you business.

Clean and spacious
Simple but nice hotel.Very clean with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds.Quiet.
I didn't like the worn carpet in the rooms and they wanted to renovate curtains and bedspreads that are very old fashioned but for what we paid I thought it was a great hotel
