Small but cozy hotel
Whenever I travel to Madrid, I like to stay near the Guzman el Bueno metro station. Chamberí has a quiet and authentic Mood, away from the tourist bustle, but with everything you need at hand: supermarkets, cafes and local restaurants. Metro access is excellent, with several lines quickly connecting you to downtown and other areas of interest. In addition, the area is safe and you can walk quietly even at night.
As for the hotel where I stay, I highly value the comfort and cleanliness. The rooms are usually simple but functional, with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, which is ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing or work. The staff has always been friendly and willing to help me with any queries or recommendations.
One of the advantages of staying in this area is the proximity to the Moncloa interchange, which offers connections with intercity buses and metro line 3, facilitating travel around the city. In addition, the area has several parks and green spaces where you can walk or relax.

It's not gold all that glitters
Very disappointed with our stay. In the photos everything seemed very nice, spacious and quality.
To my surprise the room was absurdly small, in the bathroom no two people fit at once besides that its cleanliness leaves quite a lot to be desired, the shower joints totally black of not having been cleaned in a long time, bottles of gels great thing that produced quite “repulses”. The sink was partially jammed and you couldn't keep the faucet open because it overflowed and the shower doesn't even have a screen so if you're tall you'll flood the bathroom and with it the whole room.
The bed was a sofa bed, something that was also not specified in the description. The “pillows” to call it something, were ridiculous, dwarf and without any filling.
But without a doubt the worst part and what really made me write this review is the zero soundproofing of the rooms, when I say null it is null, we listened until the conversations in the quiet of the next rooms, and every night we were woken by the trash truck, since the apartments are located on a ground floor of a building and also the rooms are separated with pladur.
Also add that the customer service is from 09:00 to 23:00 . We arrived at 23 and we were not able to open the key safe, and having no one to contact we were about to go to a hotel until we were finally able to open it, otherwise we would have to have lost a night and paid for a hotel with the money that means.
I honestly found this a scam and would not recommend this place to anyone a place where you can not even rest.
