A good alternative to sleep in Madrid

Excellent price ratio with the room, very good mattress and bathroom with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We had a room with windows facing the street which was very nice to be able to see the movement of the area. It would be nice if you had a common place to consume or drink something.

not advice

I didn't like anything, neither the room nor the cleanliness.
Little air, little lighting, regular staff.
The only good thing is the very central location.
Luckily it was only for one night.
To not repeat at all.
I imagine that by paying a little more you can find something more comfortable.

Basic

This Hotel. If it can be given this name was difficult to find no signs outside the place. The staff were not customer oriented to say the least. The room we were given was like being in a prison cell basic with the cheapest furniture available. Construction going on in the adjoining room . The room had the smallest window which looked directly into tan adjoining room. The best thing other than only spending one night in the prison cell was that location was very central. Sorry but we won’t be returning and I would advise to spend a few more euros and seek another place .

Unpresentable, they accept reservations that then reject the check-in time that you inform them in the same reservation.
Then they refuse to cancel the reservation and return the money.

room deception

Very deceived, I called to find out about the rooms and bathrooms. I booked a room for my daughters and my husband, on the phone I asked them about shared bathrooms and they told me that there are 2 rooms that share a bathroom. I confirmed the reservation only if we had those two rooms with the bathroom shared only by us and surprise when we arrived we did not have the rooms reserved, my mistake not having required them to confirm the reserved room numbers by email. They didn't give me a solution, we had to share a bathroom with other people and they were dirty. Very bad experience. We will never book again.
