Madrid 2026
Overall this was a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The view was great Loved the shower in our room. Our only complaint was the bartender who was not very attentive and took our drink away before we were finished without asking us.

Excellent location and view
I stayed at this hotel twice at my yearly summer visit. This hotel is one of best hotels in terms of location and live view.

Great hotel, would return
Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were clean, quiet and well decorated. All of the staff were dealt with were friendly. The spa/gym/rooftop was great.
Only negative is that the aircon in the room doesn’t go below 19 degrees.

Perfect Stay - Exceptional Service and Cleanliness
Outstanding hotel in a perfect location. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed. Our room was very spacious and immaculate - the housekeeping was absolutley excellent throughout our stay. You cannot beat the location right on Plaza España and Gran Via, within easy walking distance of all major sights and attractions. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection of fresh and delicious options every morning. The real highlight was when the hotel staff discovered we were celebrating a birthday and surprised us with balloons, champagne and a beautiful plate of treats in our room. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture that made our trip even more special. We would very definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Madrid and recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the heart of the city.

Excellent hotel!!!
Excellent hotel.
The staff were extremely friendly and helped us with any questions we had. The rooms are large and spacious, and the housekeeping service is top notch. The location is unbeatable - right on Plaza España and Gran Via, walking distance to all the main attractions. The breakfast is excellent, with a large and delicious variety.
When the staff realized we were celebrating a birthday, they left balloons, champagne and a plate of sweets in our room. It was such a lovely surprise to receive! We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
