I couldn't ask for better
Apartment spotless, equipped with everything, appliances looked brand new; in the center of Madrid, convenient for visits and supermarkets.
Perfect organization, availability for emergencies (we had to extend checkout for health reasons, and they came to meet us).

Very good option for a stay in Madrid - Poor soundproofing of the apartments
Excellent apartments, very comfortable, clean and complete to have a good stay.
The location is very good since it is walking distance from the Atocha train terminal and there is a Metro station two blocks away.
Very clean sheets and towels. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good in every sense.
The only big drawback (that's why I don't give it 5 points) is that there is no soundproofing between the apartments. You can hear everything that happens in the adjacent apartments.
It's a shame because it takes away from the atmosphere of tranquility.

Hot water runs out
I stayed two nights in this place and the truth is that everything was ruined when I ran out of hot water while showering. They have an electrical system and there was simply no more water, bathing with cold water during the winter in Madrid is no joke. The only solution was that I had to wait between an hour and an hour and a half for the water to heat up. They cannot fail in such basic aspects. For the price, that problem is a scandal

Esto se debe a que nuestros apartamentos utilizan un sistema de termo eléctrico, y si se supera su capacidad, puede llevar algún tiempo antes de que el agua caliente se restablezca.
Siempre intentamos transmitir esta información para que nuestros huéspedes estén al tanto. Además, queremos asegurarte que, tras tu partida, nuestro equipo de mantenimiento revisó el sistema de agua caliente y confirmó que todo funciona correctamente.

Strategic position to reach the centre, very close to the Prado Museum and 25 minutes from Barajas airport.
Very efficient and intuitive check-in procedure.
All the information necessary for taking possession of the apartment and for checking in and out on the dedicated app.
Payment with pos in the reception of the structure.
Possibility of quick and very easy key duplication.
Cleanliness of the apartment good, kitchen equipment perfect.
Equipped with all necessary appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, iron, microwave and oven. Crockery and pots.
Very comfortable and functional apartment.
Price in line with the service.
Description on the site and reality perfectly correspond.

If you want them to enter your room without your permission and threaten to throw you out, this is the place!!!
We stayed on September 23 for 3 nights, the last day we went to Toledo to spend the whole day. The hotel staff dialed my phone non-stop (luckily I had contracted a plan with data), I did not have good reception while I was on the tour trying to enjoy my vacation, they immediately wrote to me on WhatsApp to “wake me up” and tell me that They were going to charge me additional because THEY HAD ALREADY ENTERED AND my things were still there. I told them that my reservation was for one more night, to which they without thinking answered “NO” and that they had a reservation for someone else for that night. I wasn't even in Madrid, I couldn't go get my things, the biggest fear someone can have on a vacation, making a bad reservation and being left without a place to sleep. I go to the reservation AND I WAS RIGHT!!! I HAD RESERVED FOR AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT!!! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT IT IS EASIER TO TERRIFIZE A GUEST THAN TO CHECK THE RESERVATIONS WELL!!! It's what they do!!!!! It's ridiculous!!! THEY SENT SOMEONE INTO THE ROOM THEY ENTERED WITHOUT CONSENT!! And if I had not had data, what!!? Do they take my things out of the room!? It seems like they realized their mistake until I sent the screenshot! A shame!!!
