Once again congratulations to Team Arizonica!!!

Wonderful weekend once again I have to thank the stay, I have been coming 2 to 3 times a year and of course I will always repeat, perfect location the impeccable treatment and very comfortable and welcoming

Practically perfect.

Just returned after a 4 day stay with the family.
Cozy, comfortable, perfectly furnished and practically in the centre. Nothing to say, except for the sofa bed which is not comfortable if you sleep on it for several nights.
For the rest we were really happy!

PERFECT APARTMENTS FOR ONE PERSON OR A WHOLE FAMILY

1. Customer service: Aitan, the boy who was there to greet us, was very cordial and solved any small problem we had during our stay.
2. Location: Very central which allowed us to walk to many places (up to a couple of kilometers) from the apartment.
3. WiFi works perfectly.
4. Air conditioning and heating work perfectly.
5. Clothes washing machine works perfectly.
6. SMART television in the living room allows you to watch Netflix (if you have your own account).
7. The owners are available all the time via WhatsApp and are very attentive.
8. This is the fifth apartment I have rented in Madrid. They all have their imperfections and although there are things we didn't like, we will definitely rent here again and we would recommend it without a second thought. What's more, we have already made reservations to return in March 2024.
9. The bed is not the most comfortable but you can sleep.
10. We did not use the sofa bed but as a sofa, it is in a bit of poor condition (mattress undone in one part, water stains or something on the mattresses).

Beautiful apartment next to Grand Via

Apartments with an excellent location, very well decorated and equipped, with free parking (if you have a large car, ask for a place on -1 because on floor minus -2 access and parking are very tight). Impeccable cleaning.

Good place, great location

Good place for sightseeing in Madrid, very very close to the Gran Vía, the apartment is very cool, maybe some cleaning and painting on the exterior. Otherwise the place is cozy, the staff is always available and there is parking, which is very useful.
