Excelente ubicación en el centro mismo de Madrid
Excelente apartamento en zona central, con seguridad, a pocos metros del metro. Espacio amplio y con todas las comodidades de una vivienda: cocina, vasijas, lavadora de ropa, refrigeradora etc. Acceso peatonal a las principales atracciones de Madrid

Dismal customer service. The worst a tam Catalina.Buy the positive reviews.
They lied to me saying there was the Internet, a lady named Catalina. My trip was only for work and without internet I could not do anything so I threw 300 and a half euros in the apartment besides my round trip to Madrid.
After negotiating with them they agree to give me a bonus of 10% only if I give them a positive review, when I was very angry.
Finally, by telling them that it is embarrassing both the amount of the bonus and trying to get me to post a fake review to make it, they agree to make the bonus but they have never made it and have removed me from the conversation group.
Lousy customer service.
They buy the positive reviews they have, I suspect.

They cancel at the last minute
The management of the apartment is terrible, they canceled our reservation with only 12 hours notice because "the pipes were broken" they did not offer any solution, I was traveling with two small children, with flights already booked and I was going to Madrid without accommodation thanks to them . Terrible treatment, nothing professional.

RIDICULO, NEFASTO.
Horrible, a parte de que todo estaba muy sucio, las toallas llenas de maquillaje, el suelo tenía un montón de pelusa, las almohadas tenían polvo, a parte de todo eso, atención al cliente, lo peor. Nos pasamos toda la mañana en madrid detrás de ella buscando dónde estaba el portal ya que pone en el anuncio una dirección y ella te da otra distinta, la foto no coincide con el portal, la llamábamos nos colgaba, una horrible sensación de pasotismo por su parte, gracias que nos encontramos a una chica de limpieza y una chica que iba igual de perdida que nosotros. Forma de pago, ridicula, te dan una contraseña de una caja fuerte NADIE te ve Nadie te da un recibo de que pagas, tú metes el dinero y buena suerte, si le llega a la dueña bien si no te reclaman encima. Una vergüenza.. sin duda no repetiremos nunca más.

This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. Please note that some apartments are located on the 5th floor, and the elevator only reaches up to the 4th floor. Access to the 5th floor is done through stairs. Aparsol Apartments are located in various locations in Madrid city center, all within a short walk of the Puerta del Sol. Once you have made a reservation, please contact the property for the exact address of your apartment. Please let Aparsol Apartments know your expected arrival time at least 48 hours in advance, using the email address provided on your booking confirmation. On arrival in Madrid, please contact the property by telephone at least 30 minutes before you expect to arrive at the apartment. You can use the telephone number in your booking confirmation. Please note that there is EUR 25 charge for late check-in starting from 22:30. Guests must provide a valid credit card upon arrival. Please note, when checking into the property you will need to retrieve the key from the secured lock box. The code to the lock box will be provided when you are ready to check in. Our apartments are not adapted for people with reduced mobility. This property only have remote check-in. Managed by a private host
