I would repeat

Location a little far from the center, although for us perfect, as the idea is to move to know several points of the Basque Country.
Regarding the room very well, all new, the bed comfortable and spacious.
We had a problem with the shower, it got stuck a bit, we gave the warning and they fixed it right away.
Easy parking in the area three days we have been
Just below, there are a couple of bars, one of them opens very early, ideal for breakfast and departure soon.
As a suggestion for improvement, a shelf in the bathroom, and some more trash cans in the room.

Holiday trip

Donostia rooms, very bad the small room, luckily clean, do not make the room every day, do not change your towels every day, there is no one to talk to, only telf. and by the way ill-mannered, quiet place removed from the center of sant Sebastian.

An embarrassment.

I booked with them, and I want to highlight the treatment received by a girl answering the phone, we are unacceptable I have had a problem with being charged for the stay that I should not have been charged, and the girl above tells me that she does not have to explain me, treating me despicably. A shame, if you are dedicated to the work of the tourism sector at least you have to be educated.I leave this review to advise those in charge of the treatment of your worker as a self-employed person that I am, it is clear that I do not recommend it at all and only for the treatment received.

Advantages: quiet suburban part, newer building, modern and new rooms. About 20-30 minutes public transport to downtown, but there are restaurants under the building and a grocery store down the street. The room overlooks an inner courtyard. The double bed is wide and comfortable. Air conditioning in the room.
Cons: overly minimalist style: no fridge, no safe, not enough storage space, not enough hangers and shelves in bathroom, tiny trash cans, only in the hallway. The apartment was not spotlessly clean. In the room, there will be a physical key to the apartment, but you can only open the downstairs door with a code. We were able to get in with the code sent in advance, the room door was open (we arrived at 3 am) but the wi-fi code was only usable after special arrangement.
P.S. the house number is 5, but the Donostia rooms have a separate entrance, if you face the entrance, 2 meters to the left, with a separate photocell door.

Nefasta gestión, error no compensado.

Nos encontramos la habitación sin hacer (de los huéspedes anteriores) restos de comida, baño sucio, cama sin hacer…y no obtuvimos respuesta de su parte. Tuvimos que irnos a otro alojamiento y no se han hecho cargo del coste. Muy mala gestión para ser una empresa con varios alojamientos.
