Atrocious.
When you arrive if you're booked into one of the annexe rooms there is no signage or direction to get your keys from the main hotel building down the street. I phoned the number I had and attempted in broken Spanish to explain we couldn't find reception. I was hung up on several times after just being told the hotel was full. Despite giving booking numbers. Only after seeing other guests and asking them was I able to find reception.
The receptions seemed almost smug that I was soaking wet from walking around their building in the rain.
The room is clean-ish, tiny and hasn't been updated for many years. But we expected this.
We didn't expect the noisy plumbing, that wakes you when any toilet in the building flushes or the freight train track 50 meters from the property that starts sounding loud train horns from 5:30am.
We only knew about the train from a distance as we abandoned the room at 1 to drive and stay in the canpervan after using the room for a shower then the same in the morning before returning the keys.

Convenient, comfy but no lift
Considering the location is quiet, the night was fairly noisy - masses of farm dogs barking at dawn, plus hooting freight train at 8am.
Don't bother with the bar next door - walk down to Parilla La Veguca 5 mins away for excellent Asturian cider and great food with really friendly staff.
Otherwise, a good stop off point.
