Amazing place to stay
Amazing place to stay, staff are so friendly they can’t do enough for you, booked 3 times here this year absolutely love it, food is lovely, rooms are clean and spacious, no sun bed wars! Also a sunbed for everybody, plus love the balconies with terrace as they have sun loungers on so you don’t have to leave your room if you don’t want to, great for kids and all aged adults
Staff member Carlos! Well he is just a legend nothing is to much trouble for him lovely man so welcoming, can’t wait for September to go again, location 8 mins walk from strip, close to shopping malls, beach in walking distance, great value for money

Lanzarote is very beautiful.
Bad experience with the superior studio; it looks like the photo, but when you enter, almost everything is wrong: broken curtains, wardrobe doors that do not fit, a mediocre mattress, terrible pillows, and the shower controls were very bad; the water was off for three nights, etc.

do not go to this hotel, Left the hotel at 7:30
to go for dinner in the hotel and returned just before 9pm to purses and wallets emptied euros and british money stolen . Went to report at reception to discover at least 6 other rooms were also robbed with cash and jewellery, possibly more as people were coming home from their nights to discover their rooms were broken into aswell. Also to note that our door was relocked after being robbed . Management was terrible telling everyone we had to stay in our rooms that had just been robbed and some doors weren’t able to be locked again but that’s not his problem, his attitude was disgusting screaming and shouting at guests. If we wanted to book another room we would have to pay for it ourselves even though we had no money left and one staff member said there was rooms empty but that’s for guests who are already in junior suites incase they had issues. Waited 5 hrs to finally get a room as It wasn’t until family from home phoned the hotel directly they finally got us somewhere at 1am. DO NOT FEEL SAFE, no cameras at flora 2 part of the hotel and security apparently doesn’t start shift until 10pm but showed up at midnight

AVOID this hotel came here for a wedding and every single one of the guest’s rooms were broken into and robbed the night before the wedding taking cash , shoes , laptops and tablets we told the reception what happened and they said they have no cameras on that side of the hotel staff were useless

Self catering experience
A self catering perspective
The location is nice but if you have difficulty walking this facility may not be for you as taxis can be very difficult to get. The complex is overlooking the port area of the old town which is beautiful views. The supermarket on site has everything you could possibly need.
The atmosphere at pool 1 is family orienteered and side 2 is much more relaxed. The floral areas around the apartments themselves could do with more attention with the removal of discarded cigarette butts.
Rooms were very spacious and clean with a good shower and decent beds.
Warning !!!!
If you have a fear of cats this hotel will not suit you.
