Loved it! Really lovely hotel, breakfast was amazing, mimosas every morning. Loved the outdoor breakfast setting. Loved the pool and bar area! Room was really spacious, only down side was the shower didn’t go more than luke warm, wouldn’t be an issue in the height of summer as would be lovely and refreshing but we were there early season. However still a great hotel, lovely staff, close to town and I’d definitely stay again!

Do not book in half board
Hotel Tres Torres is a nice and well-kept hotel, but for an 8-day stay in Ibiza we found it less suitable as a real holiday hotel. Half board we would definitely not recommend. The menu looks promising, but the dishes were often disappointing. They regularly resembled reheated meals, lacked taste and were not beautifully presented for the price. We also noticed that we were sitting alone in restaurant La Galeria almost every night. The breakfast on the other hand was really excellent. Fresh products, lots of bread and good coffee. The service of Luren & Paula was also fantastic: always friendly, attentive and professional. The rooms are a great asset: spacious, comfortable, a good hard mattress, excellent air conditioning, a nice bathroom, free safe and a beautiful view of the marina. The location is also ideal, within walking distance of the center and the promenade. The fitness is quite limited and for a stay of a week there are a bit too few machines. The pool is also a minus. With only 64 sunbeds for 118 rooms, there was hardly ever a free sun lounger to be found. All in all, Hotel Tres Torres is a nice hotel for a short city trip or a few days Ibiza or as a stopover. For a longer holiday we would rather choose a hotel with more holiday facilities and a better culinary experience.

Awful DJ tripe will ruin your holiday!
We stayed here three years ago and it was great. The clientele is predominantly older couples and in general the hotel is a very pleasant tranquil place to stay.
On Wednesday we returned to the hotel earlier than normal at 9pm, to find music being blasted out in the pool area by a DJ that the hotel have apparently taken on to drum up trade in the bar area. It's not working. There were two people sat in that location because everyone else had either gone out to escape the noise or gone to their rooms. Unfortunately, retreating to your room is completely pointless because the music is so loud you can hear it in your room. My wife complained to the reception and was told the music would finish at 10pm, which it did, thank goodness. We didn't mind the music being played, but the volume level was truly ridiculous.
On Friday, we again returned to our room at 9pm because we had an early morning flight the following day. Yes, you've guessed it. The DJ was back on again, and again the racket was unbearable.
Someone at the hotel needs to take note and realise that this is going to drive customers away. Not only that, but this kind of poor promotion, whilst well intentioned is undermining the hard work the rest of the staff do, which is a real shame.
We will be returning to Santa Eulalia in the future, but unless this DJ nonsense is dispensed with, it will be at another hotel.
Please someone, get a grip.

Great hotel with a few points of criticism.
Very well-maintained hotel, good location, beach promenade right outside the door. Room is a good size, double room. The upper floors are recommended for a view over the pool into the harbor. Relatively quiet, just cleaning machines or palm trimmers or some harbor traffic. Spacious bathroom. Sink faucet is ugly, it should be replaced. The sink didn't hold water, which is not helpful for washing out a swimsuit. In the large shower, there is shampoo, conditioner, etc. Unfortunately, the scent and quality are not amazing. Any potential problems were fixed immediately. The small rack on the balcony for hand washing was very helpful. Great. The room was always cleaned well.
Nice scent in the reception area. Great staff. Breakfast buffet is amazing, except for the fried eggs.
Pool is too small, but towel chair reservists are regularly checked and towels removed. Finally stop doing that. Also, showering before visiting the pool should be MANDATORY!!
Otherwise nothing to complain about, would come back again. Even if it is pricey.

Last minute holiday
A pleasant stay for a week with family. The hotel is very clean and the staff work really hard to maintain this.
The staff are all very friendly, and accommodating. I can see other reviews didn’t rate the housekeeping but we were pleased with this. The rooms are basic but absolutely fine for a week break, the sea view rooms were alot nicer in my opinion.
The hotel pool is very quiet, we are travelling with three teenagers and booked here as it was suggested it was a family hotel however having spoken to other guests they were under the impression it was adult only. I can understand this causing some frustration for guests assuming it’s adult only.
Breakfast was fine, not the best I’ve had but not the worst either. Plenty of choice.
I thought the sun bed policy worked really well. You can have a lie in without worrying about getting up at 7am to secure a bed! People start to queue from about 8:45 but the queue was always really small and we managed to get beds every day.
We visited the hippy market and Ibiza town whilst here which are definitely worth a visit. Santa Eulàlia is also really pretty, lots going on in the area.
Overall we enjoyed our break, I would visit again but maybe for a long weekend as opposed to a full week.
