really interesting

two large rooms, more a living with kitchen. The hotel is very clean and has a pleasant pool. The beach is quite close and amazing. Don't forget to have a breakfast or a drink in famous Anita's bar and to visit Hippy market.

Appartement near Platja Figueral

Secured appartement near Platja Figueral. Not much too experience overthere, you need a car to explore the island and area.
Two restaurants on walking distance, Feel Ibiza and Pou des Lleo are worth to mention. Nearest village is San Carlos, nearest town is Santa Eulalia.
The appartement is clean and secured but technical condition is so-so (small stains on toilet, a few rusty or broken parts in the bathroom).
Owner Carlos and supervisor Mehdi do their utmost to offer you good service.
Overall I think the appartement is a bit on the expensive side for what you get for a 3-star appartement.

Better for adults than young families

We are a family of 4 visiting this aparthotel. Not quite what you’d expect from the ‘hotel’ side of things but since Es Figueral is a tiny town, it has an array of resources available in very close proximity. There are only about 10 apartments in total which was nice for us (not wanting to be in a really busy resort hotel). The apartment (2 bedroom) was much smaller than I’d expected and the cooking facility was incredibly basic so we didn’t do any ’main meal’ cooking. The outside space was lovely however, after about 2pm the artificial grass and flooring around the pool gets incredibly hot and burns your feet, definitely not ideal with children (ours are 2 and 4). The owner (Fabio) is a nice chap, allowing us a last minute, late checkout as we had a 19:00 flight and the littlest one needed to nap well after the official check out time. I’d say this was more suited to couples/adults rather than families but overall, we had a nice time.

Vacation

Great place lovely position...beach amazing....come back soon. Love italian owner. In the middle of peacefull country side . Fun near but lots of peace. ..oh...i forgot the swinning pool and lots of orange trees...loving vita loca.!

Fantastico!

Il residence è perfetto, piccolo, curato, in posizione tranquillissima. Appartamento con due camere, salottino con angolo cottura, ampio terrazzo. Fornito di tutto, tv, aria condizionata Daikin, asciugacapelli, kit bagno cortesia, microonde, macchina caffè cialde dolcegusto. Piscina bellissima e ingresso con codice e parcheggio riservato. Staff super disponibile ad accogliere ogni tipo di richiesta. Attaccato (letteralmente attaccato) piccolo Market despar. Spiaggia a 150 metri, ampia, di sabbia non bianca, ma fine, in parte attrezzata ma mai affollata. Mare pulitissimo, non azzurro per la sabbia ma cristallino. Avendo girato tutta l'isola, alla fine questa spiaggia è perfetta per chi ama lo spazio e non gratis e il caos (è gli italiani). Ibiza è bellissima, molto, ma molto cara, soprattutto la ristorazione ed i locali serali (attenzione ai chiringhito, sembrano localini in spiaggia, ma son carissimi, sia a mezzogiorno che di sera). Consiglierei sicuramente questo appartamento a chiunque. Grazie Oscar, grazie Mehdi, hasta luego!!
