The view is exceptional - book it!
The 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom property is perfectly placed overlooking the beautiful Playa de Gandia. The views from the bedroom and the living room are pure luxury.
The beds are super comfortable - showers hot and spacious.
The living area with l-shaped sofa and chairs is comfortable with a huge tv if you don’t want to look at the views and the kitchen has a toaster, coffee machine, big fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Three beach chairs and 2 parasols are included too to head to the beach.
The pool is well maintained - clean and surrounded by calming environments

Fantastic view - Apartamento 01. AG BERMUDAS 7A PREMIUM
This is on the 7th floor of a very old, aging building.
To be honest, the outside view is a little frightening.
The fully equipped apartment itself is really nice inside with a fabulous view of the Mediterranean.
One or two things could be improved or renewed in the furnishings, such as cutlery, trash cans, sockets, the kitchen itself, some of the bathrooms or simply getting rid of old duplicate material.
A nicer parasol would be great or an additional second one in a 6-person apartment.
All the beds are too soft and when you lie on them they wobble a lot.
When it gets windy, there is a draft through the balcony windows and you can hear the wind whistling.
The sea air also attacks everything metal (rust), even the HDMI connections on the TV, which no longer worked.
A musty parking space in the underground car park cost €7 per day.
There would have been enough free parking spaces outside in October.
The information could have been given in advance.
A SPAR supermarket is within easy 8 minutes' walk.
The beach is really a dream.
However, it is difficult to find seats in good restaurants at the end of October. Many are simply already closed.
For whatever reason, many restaurants in the Valencia region only open from 8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Often too late for families.

Maravilloso y muy bien equipado
Vistas impresionantes.
Acceso directo a parking cubierto.
Acceso directo a la playa.
Completamente equipado, tiene incluso lavavajillas y pastillas para utilizarlo.
Climatización excelente.
Para repetir sin duda.
Excelente ubicación
