Pleasant stay
First time here and I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely return. Rooms were in need of a little modernising but they were clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of choice for sun loungers, pool side was really clean aswell. Staff were accommodating and polite, this was a good break!

A little gem
A honest review the good definitely outweighs the not so good
Location - Good lots of bars the one directly over the road shows all premiership and championship football. Two nice beaches close by amazing sunrise if you get up early enough!
Hotel - Staff excellent all of them including the cleaning team. Food in our opinion was really good lots of options well presented always hot. Drinks were ok plastic glasses feel a bit tacky but the system works. My major gripe no water filling station then there are signs by the water dispenser (juice machine) saying you can’t fill bottles not sure what that’s all about but we ignored regardless. Another slight pain is the walls are painfully thin if you’re a light sleeper like me you might struggle to rest luckily I took ear plugs. We had a superior room it was perfect for us.
Pool area is good animation team are really good. The sun-bed losers were about queuing at 7:30 at the doors I only know this as I go running early. One morning we couldn’t get six beds together loads of beds with towels on them no one using them but it’s the same most places in the school holidays.
We’d definitely come back all in all superb holiday.

Exceeded our expectations
My family and I stayed here for two weeks in August from the 15th until the 29th.
We arrived at the hotel at 10PM and the check in was smooth and efficient. We had missed the dinner service, however, we were given three picnic bags which contained sandwiches, fruit, biscuits, water and juice which was a nice touch.
The rooms are not very big at all. We were quite surprised when we opened the door and found that there were three single beds all in one room. We assumed that there would be a separate bedroom like most places but that was an oversight for not reading the room information when booking. We soon got used to the available space and it wasn’t a problem in the end.
The restaurant is fantastic. There is always a great selection of food available no matter if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are theme nights every evening and the quality of the food is excellent. We have stayed at a number of AI hotels with higher star ratings in various countries and I have to say that the food here is on par or better. The staff in the restaurant are organised, efficient and very friendly and this gives a relaxed atmosphere and doesn’t feel like a mad free for all like most AI buffets sometimes do. Manuel and the team are there to greet and sit you so there is no scrambling for a table. Manuel is one of the friendliest people we have ever met. He takes the time to acknowledge and speak to the children and he also provides Chupa chup lollies too. (He must have shares in their company for the amount he gives away).
The pool areas are good. There are two main pools and a splash pool for the little ones. There are signs saying that inflatables are not allowed, but you will be okay with rings and small inflatables. We always managed to get a sunbed during our stay and there are plenty of beds around the pools but also there is a terrace area by the top pool which is a real sun trap.There is also a grassed area where you will find sun beds but if you want a prime spot, you would have to get up early just the same as any other hotel as the selfish minority grab the best spots and then don’t use them.
The staff are all fantastic here and this is what makes the hotel what it is. From the moment you arrive to the day you leave, the staff are all so attentive no matter which type of staff member you interact with.
The pool bar is open from 10.30 until midnight and serves snacks including hotdogs, pizza, toasties, nachos and asian rolls from 15.00 until 18.30. The AI ice cream is available from here and this includes the usual ice cream pots but also various lollies which is a nice extra for the kids and adults alike. The lobby bar is open from 21.00 until midnight and this has a large seating area with ice cold AC if you want to escape the heat.
The entertainment is a good mix of singers and entertainment with magicians and acrobats etc. The entertainment staff work hard all day and try to include everyone. They also leave you alone if you don’t want to participate.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and it is situated in a great location and everything is a short walkway. The water sports at the beach are really good value and the sea is nice and calm here. There is another beach which is a little further called Cala Nova where the sea is beautiful and blue. This bay attracts the wind and makes the sea great fun when the waves come crashing in as the sea is really shallow.
Overall, we had an amazing time and are looking to book again for next August.

Invisa Ereso Hotel
Good location not far from bars, restaurants, shops and the beach is just a few minutes away.
The hotel has a great atmosphere. There is always something going on. The Entertainment staff have the day planned which keeps adults and children happy.
There's music on throughout the day but its not overpowering.
There are two pools one of which is quieter as the main pool has all the activities going on. There's an outside bar that's on throughout the day and evening plus an inside bar just in the evenings.
Through the day you expect noise and we did get it but it's the sound of everyone having fun. During the evening it was noisy but the hotel had shows on nightly.
The food was of a good standard although at times it was a bit repeated. Didn't put us off though we still enjoyed it.
The rooms we were in were just standard but clean and with plenty of space even though there was an extra bed. Rooms were cleaned daily.
We got good value for money as we booked during a TUI sale. Without it your still getting value for money.
Happy with this hotel. It was our third time visiting in four years

Great family hotel
This was my first time travelling to Ibiza as a mum And this hotel ticked all the boxes! Great atmosphere, staff very friendly and smiley, food was as expected for an all
