A gem of a hotel! A magical experience and 100% recommended.
As soon as we arrived, the hotel welcomed us with a wonderful smell of freshly baked cake. To my surprise, they were preparing a homemade almond cake for the next day's breakfast, as I had informed them through Agoda that I am celiac. What a great detail to consider in advance! Additionally, the receptionist was charming: upon seeing me heavily loaded, he immediately offered to help me with the bags without me having to ask him for anything.
Another strong point is its location: it is just a couple of steps from the Cuntis Thermal Baths. Although you have to take a short walk of about 4 minutes to go around the block and access the spa, the path is delightful because you cross a bridge over the river that is beautiful.
The hotel itself has a rustic and cozy decor that makes you feel at home. We spent the afternoon in the main lounge, next to a beautiful decorative fireplace and a large table, chatting quietly with my daughter's grandparents (who were staying elsewhere but came to see us). The atmosphere was so family-oriented, safe, and warm that my daughter went up and down from the room in her socks with complete confidence. Additionally, on the first floor (where our room was), we discovered another very comfortable lounge where we could enjoy the last rays of afternoon sun while coloring mandalas together. A moment of absolute peace.
The icing on the cake was the breakfast. They served us like true princesses. Everything was homemade, delicious, and completely adapted to my intolerances (gluten-free and lactose-free). They were attentive to every little detail, even to the point of finding a straw for my daughter for her ColaCao. And, of course, the famous almond cake was to die for!
In summary, we returned delighted. The facilities are beautiful and the surroundings are idyllic, but what truly makes this hotel unique is the warmth, empathy, and attention to detail of its staff. We will definitely return!

We have taken the tasting menu and from the first course to the last have been spectacular.
