The Cullera Holiday hotel is just 100 metres from the beach and 35 minutes' drive from the city of Valencia. It has a swimming pool and a free Wi-Fi zone. The rooms are decorated in a modern style with wooden floors and flat-screen TVs.

Nice location. Close to beach. Very clean and modern hotel with all the things you need. Lovely staff aswell.

Room flooded, no first aid kit, bad food, broken safe, tiny TV, and bad.
I had a deluxe triple room reserved with three beds on a low floor because I have severe vertigo. Upon arrival, I had a double bed, and I had to wait until 8:00 PM to be given a room like the one I had reserved. When we went to take a shower, the shower water sprayed all over the bathroom and the room. That same night I reported what happened and that the safe was not working. The next day, they repaired the safe for me, but when we went to take a shower, the same thing happened again. We had to fill the room with towels so that the water would not leak out. When I mentioned it at the front desk, they told me that they had notified maintenance but that they did NOT know if it had been resolved or not. Tuesday night when we returned from the beach to take a shower, much more water came out. I looked for the front desk phone number online, because the number is not listed anywhere in the room. The receptionist told me to wait because she was alone at the front desk. A while later she came up with a bucket and a mop, apologizing a thousand times. There were no more Deluxe rooms to offer me on a lower floor, so she offered for us to move up to one on the 5th floor, which also did not have any shampoo. When I went down to the room to do my hair, the girl had left and I was left outside with dirty clothes in my hand and my hair looking like I had just stepped out of the shower. After looking for her twice at the front desk I found her, and she gave me a copy of my room key so I could do my hair and get cleaned up (I felt like I was at a campsite instead of a 4-star hotel).
Finally on Wednesday night I was able to shower in my room (I was leaving on Friday anyway). On the other hand, my young daughter was stung by a wasp at the hotel, and they did not have anything to give me to put on her (They only have rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide). I ended up putting the cold water they provide at the lobby bar on the girl.
I asked for a complaint form and they told me that the receptionist had already noted the incidents. Yesterday the front desk manager called me and told me he would send me the complaint form, and I am still waiting for it. They did not deign to respond in writing to the email I sent them, and the hotel manager, whom they were going to consult to see if he would accept my complaint, did not even call me. To top it all off, in the middle of the night I was getting calls to my room "111" from other rooms that had complaints because their air conditioning was not working. I imagine that since they do not indicate the front desk number in the rooms, people pressed 1 several times and called me.
Furthermore, the TV in the room was tiny, and with a mess of channels, it was impossible to watch the World Cup match, so we went out to the street to watch it.
The food was very unvaried and very average. They do not even put up a single sign to see what you are eating or if you have an allergy to something.
If it were not for the fact that I had paid in advance, I would have left. Very embarrassing that I could not shower until the 4th day of my stay. For this reason, I have demanded that they return my money until the hotel provides me with the minimum services that I have paid for.
As a courtesy, they provide me with a picnic to take with me on my trip. And they are so generous that they give me a bologna sandwich, a yogurt that was warm after half an hour and I had to throw away, and an apple! Wow, what a feast I had!... And all that in a paper bag for the trip, which broke its handle on the train, and the cool water bottle they provide fell out. A wonderful vacation, I will repeat next year!

Terrible food, what a shame
I have been coming to this hotel for 4 years and this year the food has been terrible. Pre-cooked food, repetitive, little variety, poorly made, and without signs identifying the food. Allergens are not marked either. It's a pity since it is a hotel we would like to return to, but the food issue makes us totally doubt.

Very good, but...
Quality price, very good, there was a water pressure issue in our room, the television was very small, the dining experience was very good, and the staff was very friendly.

Not 4 stars. Room deficient.
Stay from 17.11. to 21.11.
The reception was friendly and professional. The reception was very nice and well maintained. Unfortunately, I can't say that about my room. it was already very habitual and unkempt. ( see pictures ) Toilet brush was missing. Balcony door opened very easily despite locking. Not so bad, was in the 2. But stick must not be . A folder where you could inform yourself about the surroundings and the house was also missing.
Cabinet doors broken, wood swelled in the bathroom, joints in the bathroom not filled, shower partition completely leaked, glue to the wall, fittings all with green chip, moulding on the cabinet was missing etc. etc.
The first few days at least the room service was well prepared.
Unfortunately, not on the penultimate day. The floor mat in the shower has been removed and not renewed. Furthermore, the sink was not cleaned. Neither does toilet.
In Germany, this is probably not even 2 stars.
