A charming accommodation

It is a very charming space. You can park in a square that is very close. The room was spacious and cozy and the mattress was wonderful. We rested very well both nights. Additionally, on the upper floor there is a small kitchen (coffee and infusions are a detail of the house) with a living room and two terraces with beautiful views (which we could not enjoy due to the bad weather). It was the doctor's house and that detail makes it part of the history of Cuevas de San Marcos.
Mari Ángeles was very attentive and pleasant from the beginning. He told us about routes and towns to visit in the surrounding area. That closeness and warmth is always appreciated, in relation to the impersonal treatment of other types of accommodation.
In short, a highly recommended experience.

A cozy and charming space

It was a very pleasant stay, the room was large and cozy and the mattress was wonderful. Also on the upper floor there was a living room and a small kitchen that we were also able to use. You also have coffee and infusions at your disposal. The views were spectacular from the two terraces on the upper floor (although the weather was bad and we couldn't enjoy them).
It is also a house with history, it was the doctor's old house and that also gives it charm, it is also decorated with very good taste.
Mari Ángeles is charming, she treated us very closely from the first moment, she was very attentive and also informed us very well about routes and towns to visit in the surroundings. The warmth is always appreciated compared to the impersonal treatment that you usually find in other types of accommodation.
Very close there is a square where you can park and in the town you can eat very well for a good price.
Super recommended.

Great hostel

Great hostel; everything very clean; comfortable beds; with a very cozy terrace area and beautiful views of the town and the mountains; centrally located hostel and close to beautiful hiking trails!! the owner María Ángeles very attentive; close!! I will repeat for sure!!

Welcome home

A new chapter at Casa Bob has begun. We arrived there two weeks into the new ownership of Ivan and Marie and found the warm friendly homely feeling had continued from Bob and Nina. The new Spanish owners Ivan and Marie, speak really good English, are friendly and welcoming, made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. they have a can do attitude and are only to happy to help and assist when ever needed.

Great 5 night stay !

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Casa Bob where we had a fantastic stay. Bob and Nina are great hosts and very welcoming, nothing was a problem and they are genuinely nice people. The small town had everything we needed and was great for exploring the area. Breakfast was varied and lovely, freshly prepared each morning at a time of our choice. The air-conditioned room was perfect with a smart TV and a good shower. We particularly enjoyed a drink in the evening on the roof terraces and the views. Thank you for all your help and invaluable local knowledge, we had a great time.....we'll definitely be back!
