Lovely complex, great location, just a few minor negatives.

We stayed for the first time here for 10 nights. It’s a stunning complex and the grounds are well kept.
Location - perfect location. 10 minute walk to the top of the strip with a pleasant stroll down to music square. To the other side is El Campanario which is lovely. They have a craft market twice a week with live music and shops and lots of eating places. We loved Tasty Corner for lunch and the cherry tree. Lots of shops down the strip and lots of eating places. Our favourite was Tandori Garden at the top of strip and La Tasca half way down. I read reviews about some places to eat and some were ok, some not. In my opinion, everyone’s tastebuds are different, so just give them a go. Music square is great for a vibe!
Pools - There are three pools, one is a round children’s paddling pool with a fountain in the middle. This is heated with sun loungers around it. This pool was very quiet with lots of older people around it (think they were escaping the hustle and bustle of children in the other pools). The two other pools are lovely which is joined by a bridge and decorative rocks. The lower pool is considerably warmer, however the other one is certainly bearable and lovely to cool down in.
There are plenty of sunbeds but people reserve beds as early as 7:30am. We would watch from the balcony as one person would receive multiple beds. Sometimes they would not use there beds until midday. Saw a lady once removing towels before ten. If you are not down by 10am you would struggle to get a bed. People would go off into town and not remove their towels which is not acceptable. The hotel are clear about no subbed wars but this is not managed or monitored.
Rooms - we requested by email a first floor pool facing room which we got. Dates with old style furniture, but very clean. Impressed with the amount of time the cleaners came in. We were apprehensive about the break ins, so used the safe and made sure all valuables were in there, even at night. There are ceiling fans but does not provide much relief in the strong heat. To cool the room, we would leave the front door propped open and both balcony doors open. Evenings were hot for sleeping and we did not get much sleep due to this. Air con not needed, but suitable fans are! The double bed is comfy, but my 17 year old son had to sleep in it with his dad as the sofa bed was not suitable. I would say it is ok for a young child, but certainly not for a teenager or grown adult. It’s a little camp bed which I took the mattress off and put on top of the sofa to make it a little more comfy. Next time, we would get two rooms and hire fans.
Food- thank god we went self catering. We tried the breakfast twice and not for us. Was like a school canteen! Fried breakfast was cold and very poor quality. The juice is watered down and not pleasant. How people can eat there every day is beyond me. We bought food at the food bar a couple of times. It was edible but not the best. We didn’t try the evening food based on breakfast and lunch. I would not bother with all inclusive. Very repetitive and you’re missing out on lots of lovely cafes and restaurants in the area.
Staff were lovely and it was useful to have a supermarket on site for water etc. reception can book taxis very quickly and can help with booking excursion's. We easily filled ten days without the need of a car. But will hire one next year to explore the island.
Overall, we would def stay again, already looking for next year. The complex is well kept, and the location is perfect, but just be aware of the all inclusive options (not worth it) and the bed and heat situation.

Amazing place

2nd time visiting this place in 3 years . Rooms have everything you need for a stay here . Beds comfy , maids in every day . Place is spotless . The gardens are stunning tropical trees and plants . Shop onsite is very reasonable for groceries etc . Entertainment is good although so much to do in the town we didn’t watch it every night . Directly across road from waterpark . Me and my kids felt so safe in the hotel and we were ground floor . Reception staff are really helpful and friendly . I’d say a 10 min walk to main strip where there is everything you need . Pools are amazing so clean and big . We had lunch every day at pool kids happy and enjoyed the snacks overall amazing hotel can’t wait to go again and if anyone visiting look out for our wee friend the ginger cat he’s adorable and be kind to him my son wanted to bring him home

Fantastic

We spent 10 nights at Las Marismas De Corralejo in July on an all-inclusive stay with our two young kids, and we had a fantastic time.
The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful—so well kept, and you constantly see the gardeners hard at work. Our room was spacious with a nice traditional style, and we were lucky to get a quiet ground-floor spot with a porch. There’s no aircon, but the ceiling fans in each room kept us comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything clean, even if the cleaning times were a bit unpredictable day-to-day. The second bed is a sofa bed, which worked great for our kids, though I couldn't picture an adult sleeping on it comfortably.
We really couldn't fault the food. Breakfast was delicious every morning with freshly made pancakes, omelettes, and fried eggs alongside all the usual buffet choices. We only ate lunch in the restaurant once, which was decent, but mostly stuck to burgers, hot dogs, and salads at the pool bar. Dinners were fantastic with different themed nights like Asian, Italian, BBQ, and Spanish, plus freshly cooked meat every single evening and a massive spread of desserts and fruits. The drinks were decent, and the beer was actually very good. Just one piece of advice: bring your own reusable plastic cups! The paper cups at the pool bar are a total disaster and don't last long.
All of the staff were wonderful, but a special mention has to go to Lorena at breakfast for her amazing smile and great attitude every morning. The pools were brilliant too—just the right depth and temperature for the kids. Our kids also loved the included mini-golf, which was honestly better than paid courses in the area. The on-site shop was a big plus as well, really well-stocked and reasonably priced.
Location-wise, it’s close to the main strip and an easy walk to the beach, though we preferred driving to the quieter beaches just outside Corralejo. The secure resident-only parking (opened with your room key) made having a car hassle-free. Overall, a brilliant holiday spot for families, and we’d definitely recommend it!

Great family complex close to the centre of the resort

I stayed here on a self catering basis as a single parent with my 3 children aged 12 (twins) and 14. This was our first visit to the island and we were not disappointed.
This hotel complex was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. We are in the restaurant twice during BBQ night and Spanish night. The food was amazing. So fresh and great choice.
Most mornings we got fresh baked pastries from the onsite shop.
The complex was clean, tidy and well maintained. We played the mini golf course, basketball and used the gym which was all free of charge.
The room itself was spacious and although basic had everything we needed to make simple meals. Beds were clean and comfortable and the apartment was cleaned daily.
The balcony was very large and the complex was quiet and peaceful in the evenings.
We hired a car whilst there and the parking at the hotel was free and secure.
The location for us was perfect. It was quiet but only 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and markets.
Popcorn beach is about 15 minutes walk and the port about 30 minutes.
We would happily return to the resort again and highly recommend it.

First visit and definitely not the last

Just returned from a week here. First visit and definitely going back.
We were self catering and the apartment was perfect for us. Kitchen was well equipped including a coffee filter machine.
Facilities at the hotel were excellent too, well stocked small mini market including fresh baked bread and pastries.
Pools and pool bar area was always clean and plenty of sunbeds.
