Very lovely hotel for affordable price. As we used public transport to travel, must say it takes long time to get to the city, but it takes only 10 mins with the taxi to the airport. Biggest highlight for my kids was swimming pool. Also we were allowed to stay at the pool after check out as our plane was at evening. There are shopping centre in around 20 mins walking distance, otherwise nothing else around

Stayed only for one night to be close to the airport.
Really lovely hotel, nice places to eat nearby as I found the prices quite steep in the restaurant.
Activities for the kids was brilliant, including the pool.
Bedroom was a good size and bathroom had bath and shower and plenty of towels and lovely shampoo and body wash available.

Ideal parking on site. Good overnight stop when on route to the south. Dogs allowed in the restaurant (This is unusual for Spain). Good bar, good restaurant and good breakfast.

Excellent choice in the suburbs without any inconvenience

Excellent hotel convenient to the airport... About 15 min. A chain that for me is a certainty. Excellent cleanliness. Large common areas, pool with towels for guests. Games for children and teenagers. Taxis always available at the exit. 7-8 min from the Almeda metro station which takes you to the center in about 30 min from the main attractions. Therefore connected to everything. With the Hola Barcelona card, free transport on all vehicles except the bus that takes you from Cornellà to the Camp Nou.. But nothing impactful. Excellent buffet breakfast... Excellent restaurant in the hotel and small places for dinner nearby. Close to the Espanyol stadium which is worth a visit. Gym and ancillary services available. Excellent experience. Let's also add the kindness of the staff. Recommended hotel for families to get around Barcelona for its excellent value for money.

Novotel Barcelona Cornella-Homey & Cozy

Novotel Cornella is a 4 star hotel near El Prat airport. It is not centrally located but more on a community setting in the heart of Cornella.
The hotel itself is cozy, unique & spotless. The rooms are big enough size to accomodate family, couple or solo. It has bar, indoor dining, pool, and conference rooms.
It is a busy hotel also since it is near airport. The staff are very nice and accomodating. Breakfast is superb.
The surrounding area of the hotel is very safe complete with convenient stores and local cafes & restos nearby. The presence of the 2 malls El Corte Ingles and Splau are a big plus for your grocery and shopping needs.
The metro is also walkable for your city tour.
If you stay here you will be like half way through to Tibidabo, Montserrat & Sitges.
We've been here 4 times already and we can say that we found our home away from home in Spain.
If you want value for money & to stay near the airport and far from the crowds hustle & bustle-Novotel Cornella is the place.
