Mi mejor experiencia
La casa se encuentra en un entorno espectacular,
La casa super limpia y con todo tipo de detalle.
Patro y Antonio en todo momento pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera lo más agradable posible, Os damos las gracias por su profesionalidad y apoyo.
Las bicicletas y la Via Verde magnifica.

WE FEEL SCAMMED.
Disappointing is not the word, it is SCAMMED. We have stayed this weekend and the house currently has nothing to do with photos.
Broken tanks, we had to fill them with the artichoke of the shower, Moisture everywhere and cracks that when it started raining we literally got water, from the hood of the kitchen to the fires, that by the way two of them did not work and warn us hours before entering, the walls squirted water, we have the videos and photos.
The house very cold, heating is automatic, it turns on at 6 in the afternoon and in the morning stops working, downstairs there is fireplace, but the rooms that are upstairs icy.
To top it off when we go to breakfast the Italian style coffee maker, the ones of a lifetime, DOES NOT WORK, A HOUSE OF 600€ FOR FOS NIGHTS AND WITHOUT A P* COFFEE MACHINE OF 12€.
The cleanliness shone through its absence, we had to give it a review pq disgusting, hair everywhere, bread crumbs on the table... The very old towels, nothing to do with the ones in the photos.
After incident after incident we try to contact Sponsorship, she tells us by message that she is not the owner (which we DO NOT BELIEVE), she does not give us the contact of the supposed owners, she immediately cancels the reservation on Booking (of course it is paid), but that makes us not able to put reservation. This alleged scammer seems to perform well in these situations, so it shows that this is not the first time.
Cables outside the plugs, rusty bathtub, screams, humidity, lack of kitchen utensils, repeat, house of 600€ for 2 nights for 7 people.
We reported in the tourist office of Cazalla de la Sierra, the woman, when we mentioned that it was Villa ESCUTIA, seemed not surprised and after showing videos and photos encouraged us to report, obviously hurts rural tourism of Cazalla that there are unscrupulous people in the management of rural accommodation.
If the house is not in condition to be rented, do not rent it Mrs. allegedly FRAUDSTER AND UNSCRUPULOUS. Too bad these accommodations do not have inspections and time us this way. On top of it (Sponsorship) is dedicated to writing positive reviews as if you were a guest, what a jerk!!
We just hope that this review, which in Booking we can not put for having the reservation canceled (but charged) helps more people and do not annoy you a few days that should only be enjoyable.

Zero cleanliness and worse treatment of staff
The location was perfect and beautiful, the villa was in a bad state with damp, cracks, when it rained dripping and in the kitchen water came the roof with plastic so that no more water fell, The cleaning was malisim, hair on the sheets, dirt in the bathrooms, no tank in the toilets of any bathroom, many bugs all over the house and if they were dead you would find them anywhere in the house. As soon as we arrived and saw how the accommodation was, we contacted the person in charge (Patro is called) and did not answer us, until the next 24 hours and did it with bad manners and very high.

Unfortunate being housing and lousy management
Unfortunately the state of the house, neglected, dirty and poorly managed by the owner, who has not addressed our complaints while we were in the house with all the deficiencies that the house had and we communicated immediately. Cisterns and taps that do NOT WORK (clogged by lime), remains of meals of previous guests on the dining table, the TV did not take signal, in the kitchen there were two buckets put by the owners because water fell through the kitchen, and being there began to rain and fall water from the ceiling to the point of stopping two fires of the stove, this being very dangerous because the water fell just above the refrigerator.
Added to this, the heating jumped at 18h and was cut off in the morning, becoming cold in the intervening hours.
We let the property know repeatedly, ignoring and even gave notice of the water malfunction as soon as we arrived, he told us that he would send us a plumber, which did not arrive.
Kitchen utensils are missing, the coffee maker was not working, the bathroom towels were worn and dirty, hair on the sheets, humidity throughout the house, constant noise from the room behind which I understand that it would be the generator, which made it impossible to sleep quietly in the bedrooms facing that room.
Important to indicate the poor condition of the road, a greenway which was waterlogged with water and mud and we could only pass the vehicles that we had higher, even we were incommunicado by the fall of a tree on the road. This is not to blame for housing, but it deserves to be mentioned.
No coverage in the house and with bad wifi signal.
Of course, in the 48 hours of the stay no one came to resolve our complaints, but at 12h of departure there the owner arrived.

Sitio de desconexión total
Me alojé junto a mis amigas en Halcón, que es la casa de 2 dormitorios. Se encuentra dentro de una finca en medio de la Sierra Norte de Sevilla rodeada de naturaleza, sitio para desconectar! No hay cobertura ni siquiera de movistar o vodafone! Hay wifi. El alojamiento está muy bien equipado, las camas son cómodas, tiene chimenea y radiadores, muy bien aislada termica y acústicamente. Incoveniente fundamental la escalera para subir al dormitorio de primera planta, no es cómoda, es peligrosa a mi juicio, una odisea subir y bajar la maleta, no adaptado a minusválidos. La limpieza normal, el armario del dormitorio de planta 1 no tenia una de las puertas correderas. La zona del porche tiene unas butacas que están rotas y la mesa del salón para los sofás es muy pequeña e inestable. No tienen smart tv. Haria falta alguna lámpara de pie en esa zona para el momento de relax viendo un poco la tv de noche. El personal muy agradable y el precio acorde totalmente con la calidad de la estancia. Recomendable!
