Excelente

Tras la espera de un largo viaje, decidimos pasar mi pareja y yo una noche en el hostal, aparte de descansar muy bien y estar todo muy limpio, el trato excelente de Ricardo el recepcionista, hace de la estancia muy acogedora y agradable.

Location, facilities and terrible treatment

The worst experience and treatment I have ever had in an accommodation. We arrived at two in the afternoon, the receptionist was in a bad mood and with bad manners, he told us that they couldn't give us a room yet because they were cleaning it, he made us wait two hours. The old facilities without an elevator, we had to go up two floors loaded with suitcases. The room, especially the bathroom, had poor hygiene, towels were missing and the worst thing was the door that could not be closed from the inside, anyone from the outside could open the door or access the room, and not only is it the only security flaw, but They also do not give you a key to access the road and at 12 at night they close the reception and leave you locked in without being able to enter or leave, you have to comply with the schedule or you will be left on the street. The location is horrible, very outside the city on an uphill curve next to the road and with a double line that continues until you travel 7 km to access it. The receptionist doesn't know how to treat customers, if you complain about something, he confronts you, threatens you and throws you out, he doesn't care about leaving you on the street and whatever time it is.
I have read more experiences on this site like mine and I attest to this, they are right. Don't really go, cheap is expensive and you may find yourself left on the street after having paid. I do not recommend it to my worst enemy.

ENGAÑO. Reserva fallida

Reallicé la reserva el mes pasado vía telefónica. Indiqué que comenzaba el Camino y que si la localización era adecuada para ello, a lo que me respondieron que sí. MENTIRA. Llegamos en tren y vemosque son 4 km hacia las afueras, todo cuesta arriba. Llamo en varios ocasiones para pedir ayuda y/o recomendaciones y no me la dan, solo me dicen que ande un poco más. Cuando finalmente consigo hablar con el responsable del ENGAÑO, este muestra una actitud chulesca sin asumir un 1% la responsabilidad del ENGAÑO. No somos de la provincia, ni de la comunidad y sabemos mirar mapas; pero, sobre todo, si preguntamos algo que no sabemos confiamos que no nos engañen y que nos traten con respeto y educación. Hoy no ha sido el caso. Siempre nos hemos sentido como en casa en esta bella tierra, pero este individuo no representa a Galicia ni a nada decente. Finalmente, casi llegando al alojamiento (1 km), él mismo dice que nos demos la vuelta y nos amenaza por decirle que esto no iba a quedar aquí. Sin más
