Tranquility and peace with incomprehensible failures in Wi-Fi and TV.

The setting is incomparable and a perfect base for getting to know the area, which is an absolute wonder. The rooms are huge, very spacious and clean. The breakfast is perfect and lacks nothing. A perfect option for visiting the area and relaxing in its spa. An important negative review, though. The televisions were not working right in the middle of the World Cup semifinals, and when we informed them about it, they just ignored the issue. It would have been nice to have been given some solution or to provide some extra service due to the TV not working. The Wi-Fi didn't work either, and we expected some kind of attention for that. This somewhat tarnishes our stay in this idyllic place.

Well located hotel with 3 swimming pools

It is a very well located hotel that offers many services. It has mini golf course, boules, soccer and basketball court, paddle tennis, ping pong, gardens with fountains and walking paths, loose animals that cheer the view and three swimming pools (2 thermal and one very cold). All this goes into the price of the room. Breakfast is also in. With all this if you don't want to move you can spend a few days relaxing. But on the other hand it is also well placed to make routes through the mountain. From there you start a route to the lakes of Gemena de Baix and Dalt. And nearby you can also go to the planell of Aigüestortes, apart from the nearby villages like Boí, Taüll, Barruera,... And the hotel hides a beautiful sanctuary in which is the mare de deu de Sant Boi. The room is good size, with a comfortable bed. Wardrobe also with enough space. With bathtub (we prefer shower), but a catch is that there was no toilet brush, we discussed it as possible improvement.

Hotel is quite old sadly and woukd need a refurbishment. Hotel staff does not speak english at all. The brekfast was pretty much ok, the spa is aging and would need a refurbusihment. Location is good to go do some hikes in the area.

Disastrous food

The attentive service, very average rooms and the disastrous and poor quality food to the point that everything and having paid for dinner we have gone out to dinner.
The surroundings are very beautiful but the rest can all be improved.

Beautiful setting and simple hotel

Mountain hotel, simple but cozy.
Fair buffet, very bad coffee.
Correct cleaning.
It lacks air conditioning or fans.
The patio fountain noisy for sleeping.
Spectacular environment.
Game room closed due to lack of maintenance
