Nice experience

Hotel in an excellent location relative to the beach and in a quiet area despite being convenient to all the outside shops.
Clean rooms and well-organized bathroom.
Great availability from all the staff from housekeeping, reception, and in the dining room.
Management Colau and Maria are always very kind, attentive, and present with courtesy and elegance for every need of all the guests. The quality of the services is very good, and the pool and spa are also very well-maintained.
Entertainment staff present and very friendly.
The car rental service and the use of the courts are convenient.
There are many German guests, but the organization allows for a good choice of activities and services to satisfy everyone.

Excellent vacation

The hotel is not overly large but complete, and it is located in a quiet area, but you can reach the port in the nightlife area in 15 minutes on foot or the beach in 5 minutes.
The staff is always very kind and helpful, and the entertainment is excellent, discreet, and not intrusive (it's a hotel, not a resort), and the cuisine is of good quality with grilled meat and fresh fish.
Of course, you can always do more, but honestly, it is an excellent solution for both families and couples.
Evaluate the excursions very carefully; we were not satisfied... Out of an 8-hour excursion, we were on the bus for 6 hours, and they had not warned us about this.

Mallorca with the family

Beautiful experience, we had a very good time at this hotel where we were welcomed by all the staff who proved to be present and very attentive to details throughout the entire stay, a special thanks to the manager Mr. Colau. Location of the property a stone's throw from Cala Agulla, an excellent point for exploring the area.

Magnificent

Beautiful, welcoming hotel, I ate well being a red-blooded Frenchman and the entertainment was very nice, especially Francesco and Giovanni who were very friendly and knew how to entertain the guests

Relaxing

I stayed at this property with my 2 children and we had a great time. Entertainment present but not intrusive, nice guys, tranquility. I would like to compliment the managers who are always present and listening to the customers; I have rarely found the manager at the restaurant reception! Compliments!!
