The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. Please note that in the case of long-term rentals of at least 28 days, the price stated only includes electricity consumption up to a maximum of 850 kwh per 28 days. If the electricity consumption exceeds 850kwh per 28 days, 0,20€ will be charged to the guest per additional kWh. Please note that late check-in between 19:00-21:00 is subject to a 30€ surcharge.
