Spotless hotel & friendly staff

Spent 4 nights here and everything was great. The rooms and hotel were spotless clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. The unlimited brunch is a great idea and plenty of sunbeds around the pool.

Great hotel, good location, great staff. Rooms a bit small and bathroom a bit tired but great shower. Will definitely use again

UPDATE – Booking confirmed, complaint remains unresolved

I originally posted after receiving an email from tent Palmanova stating that payment had not been completed and warning that the reservation could be cancelled. This was concerning as the payment had already left my bank account on 17 August.
To update fairly, the hotel has now confirmed in writing that our payment has been received and the booking is secure.
Before posting, we attempted to resolve the issue directly. Our email had not received a response, the telephone number provided on the hotel's email connected us to another hotel, and when we eventually reached tent Palmanova, both I and my legal representative separately understood from our conversations with reception that the reservation was confirmed but the payment was showing as unpaid.
The hotel has since provided a different account of those conversations and suggested there may have been a language misunderstanding. We have therefore asked whether the calls are recorded and, if so, for them to be reviewed.
I am pleased the immediate booking issue is resolved. However, our complaint regarding the communication and handling of the situation remains outstanding and we have requested escalation to senior management within tent Hotels/FERGUS Group.
I will update this review once the complaint has been concluded.

So basic. No wardrobe or even bedside tables for a lamp. No drawers to put any clothes away. Basic breakfast. Very little selection esp fruit. Only 2 coffee machines for a 7 storey hotel. One of them wasnt working most of our stay

Lovely hotel. It's very clean, and all the staff were lovely, freindly and helpful, especially when checking in.
Good selection of food for breakfast and lunch. Lovely fresh juice, and teas and coffee.
Pool area gad plenty of sunbeds and was kept clean.
Ver close to pubs, restraunts and the beach.
Only criticism is, the bedrooms are not big, and have limited space for clothing. Need to live out of your case. Though this time we had a 3 bed room, so was bigger than our previous stay.
