100% perfect for family whit kids
Perfect for kids and adults. Good food the pool is fantastic wather inside the pool is warm. The staff is amazing. Thank you for all and 100% we return.

Stayed for the 2nd time and still a great place
Stayed for the 2nd time at Cas Saboners and we will keep returning. We never go back to the same place but Cas Saboners is an exception and we will definitely be returning again. Great service on reception, cleaners everyday and everything is spotless. We had the unlimited brunch this time and there was something everyday for everyone. All of the kids loved it, The apartment on the ground floor was great and we really enjoyed our stay again. Thank you for a great holiday again and see you again soon

Another amazing week at this aparthotel. Casaboners is my definate go to in Majorca.
A twenty minute taxi ride from the airport, costing 40 Euro.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped. The communal areas are well maintained, the pool is beautiful and off peak season no sunbed wars.
Staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The location is perfect within a few minutes walk to the beach front, shops, bars and restaurants. Also a stones through to Magaluf where there are a host of shops and entertainment.
There is a small supermarket next door for all the self catering needs.
Snacks available at the poolside are tasty and value for money. Drinks at the bar with entertainment program for children and adults. Shows on every night.
This place is def way above its 3 star rating. The ambiance is excellent. Cannot fault it at all.

Brilliant stay
First time in a Aparthotel due to going with my friends which they already had booked plus a child who wanted a good swimming pool. I usually opt for Hotels when travelling to Palma Nova which i've visted 7 times nowand I certainly would come back as a solo traveller though to this Aparthotel. Relaxed atmosphere and great staff in all areas. Very short walk to the beach down a few steps or you can turn right out of reception doors and walk on the flat to the beach. Great rooms too with air con in bedroom an main area and mod cons Lifts were always available as the rooms are in blocks of 4 with a lift to all seperate blocks. I was on the 2nd floor which is the highest floor as with all the blocks ie ground, 1st and 2nd. The ones on the bottom had own sunbeds but glad i was on the top. All rooms over look the pool too. Very clean place. Just out of reception is a small supermarket thwt bakes fresh bread an got all whst you need if not paid for breakfast in the price. The good thing this Aparthotel offers is breakfast or brunch on a pay as you go basis which is fantastic. I never normally comment on things unless i'm super happy with my experience so keep up the good work

Very poor Air Conditioning
I’ll keep it short as I can, as it’s what you’d want to know:
Mostly all aspects of our 10 day stay were perfectly fine, but there is one major problem:
The AirCon system is not fit for purpose.
If you are planning your stay when it is hot or humid - my advice is to go elsewhere.
I grew up in a warm climate, and love the heat so it’s not just a personal thing. Other guests mentioned the same.
I ended up spending each night sleeping on the floor tiles after a 10-20 min cold shower - and was still too warm to sleep comfortably.
Our families didn’t spend much time in the apartment due to this - and just went for the water or somewhere else with decent aircon each day.
Whilst I believe the staff are doing what they can, I think they’ve been dealing with this issue for so long now - the standard response is ,”Have you closed your balcony properly?” as the doors have sensors for obvious reasons.
Don’t let the beautifully cool reception fool you (they would have no staff if it were the same as the apartments).
I spoke to the air conditioning engineer when he came round to have a look.
He cleaned the filters - and that was about all he could do. He confirmed my suspicion that the AC plant desperately needs an upgrade - which I suspect would be pricey for them.
Ca’s Saboners: if you can’t afford an upgrade - I think you should lower your prices or offer compensation for this basic requirement that is ‘lucky dip’ at best.
