Third time we repeat
Again we have spent our holidays in the hotel Canada Palace really is highly recommended in our opinion from the reception the bar highlighting Rosa a spectacular woman bar, in the dining room restaurant Ann and Antonia with their boys and girls, Lia from the administration in short if you want to enjoy tranquility good food and good treatment I recommend it. There we agree with people who have been on the other occasions that we have been a sign of good attention.

The food was just acceptable..
I was lucky for the check in because the girl who took care of me was really professional . I noticed 2 people that didn't have a professionnal attitude.
There i no price card at all in the bar....
Pool okay, big room and clean ,good bed
To resume it really feel that is a dying hôtel

If even the food is unsafe, it says it all
It is an absolute disgrace that the Hotel Canada Palace in Calafell is being used as a "main hotel" for the High Rockabilly Festival. What we’ve seen here is one of the worst hotel experiences ever – at these prices.
We booked 11 nights (not just for the festival) and got a room right next to the elevator. The hotel is extremely noisy, you can really hear everything – day and night. In addition, the bathroom door could not even be fully opened, as it banged directly against the toilet. An absolute joke.
When we asked for a change of room, they simply said “no” at first. After that we should come back in the evening, then the next morning, then again later. We were completely exhausted after the long drive from Switzerland and were put off again and again for over 48 hours without being taken seriously.
We even suggested rooms ourselves that we had seen because guests had checked out, and offered to take our things out immediately for cleaning so that a quick change would be possible. No chance. Instead of a solution, we were stalled until – understandably – I became louder because we were consistently ignored. I was threatened with the police as a thank you. Customer service at the lowest level.
Only after we got help from the outside and someone got in touch with the hotel, we were suddenly offered three rooms to choose from. Funny that it was suddenly possible.
As if that wasn't enough, we found a bus on our car because of allegedly unpaid parking, even though it had already been paid for at the time of booking. We went to the front desk ourselves to have it sorted out. They said that was not true at first. Only after another employee came, turned on the PC and looked was it confirmed that everything was paid for. No excuses. Not a word. Nothing.
The absolute low point, however, was the food.
As a vegetarian, you have little choice here, as even salads are often “enhanced” with fish or meat. At the buffet, a mushroom risotto was clearly written as vegetarian. After a bite, I noticed through the strong smell of fish that there were shrimp in it. I am allergic to it, could barely spit it out and threw up afterwards.
The reaction of the staff: You don't know what's cooked in the kitchen. The chef simply said it was probably a false sign and that he did not know exactly what his chefs had done. No excuses. No insight. Nothing.
For the price this hotel charges, service, organization, food, hotel condition and staff are an absolute boldness. It is particularly sad that this hotel serves as the main hotel for what is actually a great festival and is therefore booked again and again. This hotel does more harm to the event than it does it any good.

Nice surprise with super friendly staff
We are a couple who last minute felt like spending a day at the beach and found the accommodation and all meals very good price. At the reception we were attended by two super friendly girls who made us the short stay at home, they were Melina and Andreina. They upgraded us to a better room and served us super friendly.
Very basic but super rich meals too and for 100€ breakfast, lunch, dinner and stay in the hotel suite can not be more top.
The tiny but clean pool with saline water, correct hammocks and wines that had a small pediment, paddle tennis court and heated pool.
I thank you so much for the hotel staff especially the reception girls. We'll be back for sure.

Good, approved.
We have been only at the weekend, spacious rooms, renovated bathrooms and everything very clean, we were in board bed and breakfast, the breakfast variety is very complete, the pressure from the head of room to lighten people is somewhat excessive, as default would point out that there are only two elevators available to customers, one at one end of another little for the large volume of customers, the good reception , small pool , good location, precarious evening entertainment.
