Excellent choice
Perfect location near the town hall and all the city's attractions. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Super friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms and excellent bathroom, everything very clean. Perfect to spend a few days in Cádiz. We will repeat.

Good place to stay a couple of nights, great value
Stayed 2 nights with husband as always wanted to see Cadiz. Lovely town! Booked the hostel in last minute, as not sure abt our plans. The location of the hostel is great. It is within reasonable walking distance from the bus/train station and in the heart of the old town, still on a quiet street. Lots and lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Our room was comfy, with a separate closet room, windows facing the street. On the first morning, there was quite a lot of noise from the street, early garbage collection, thereafter noise from renovations of the building on other side of the street. Second morning, completely quiet. No breakfast available, but there are lots of places just around the corner. Great value for money, this one.

One of my favourite hotels!
I'm surprised at the mixed reviews this place gets. First of all its extremely good value for money and its in a good location. Then there's the fact that it was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely welcoming (they even let us check in 3 hours early!)
Ok, so the rooms are a bit dated, small and haphazard (even the wardrobe knobs are squint lol) but it's quirky and felt authentic.
I love to have an 'outdoor area' when I'm in a hot place and this had a really lovely roof terrace (sunset views are a must see!) and we had our own little balcony. Probably not a balcony as most would expect BUT I was able to do a spot of private afternoon sunbathing (lol, in my pyjamas not naked!) and we sat out in the evening with a lovely breeze coming through the hotel (see attached pics to see what I mean).

good value - but lots of stairs
Good value hostal in a reasonably quiet side street, close to the city centre. Facilities are basic but clean and functional. On the down side some steep narrow staircases provide access to upper floor rooms.

Charming, quirky, good value.
This was the first place I ever stayed in in Cadiz and I found it very pretty, with its plant-filled patio. I've been back several times since then, but I love its seclusion and its proximity to the Cathedral Square. The rooms are not luxurious, but they are attractive and pleasant.
