So ehow had the disabled room, but all ok, carpark is accessible by a car lift just next to the entrance. Convenient very short walk into the main square. Lots of good places to eat and drink

Centrally located with an acceptable quality-to-price ratio, although with one drawback.

courtyard, room 306, and another on the floor, noise from extractors or generators.

Right for a getaway
Two night stay in March 2026, with direct booking on their website, without intermediaries, and with breakfast.
We did not hire parking as we had read some opinions that made us weigh it, and we used Bishop Galarza's parking just 3 min walk, with a maximum price of 13.5€ and very comfortable.
The best thing about the hotel is definitely its location and its breakfasts. In fact, the breakfast apart from full (Buffett type) was perfectly attended thanks to the two people who took care of each morning, always super attentive to if we needed something and with a smile.
The reception staff was also very nice, especially the person who attended us on arrival, offering us all kinds of useful directions about the city and the hotel itself.
As for the facilities, the hotel is just right for design and maintenance, with already outdated decor and old fashioned feel. It needs a renovation and remind customers that you can not smoke, as sometimes in the elevator was horrible smell.
In our case we were given an adapted room, which looked quite trotted out with some wall damage and nothing cozy. It was correct, yes, but something was missing to be completely comfortable (in fact the feeling was cold).
Yes, the detail of leaving free water and chocolates is appreciated.
On the other hand, the bathroom being an adapted room had a shower area without any screen and also a bathtub, and was fatal designed to be useful. And I say this because the shower area was between the sink and the wall, and we didn’t have a sink towel rail so the hand towels left them over the shower area’s handle, something strange both in normal use and in use by someone with disabilities.
In fact, I don’t think that for a person with disabilities the bathroom as it is was very functional. I think little thought is given to hotels normally on this point.
Besides, there was hardly any room to leave a toilet on the sink and for example the magnifying mirror was set very high (in this adaptation) as was the dryer, which by the way had hardly any power.
As for the check-in process, although it was from 3pm, we arrived early at about 1.15pm, and as the room was prepared we left the luggage and went to eat and take a walk. And the surprise was that when we arrived at 4pm we still had to wait minimally because it seems that they were finishing preparing it.
In short, to spend a couple of days is not bad but for the price we pay the quality / price is not adequate so I think another time I would explore other options.

Normal.
Overall well-normal, neutral and simple decoration. Our room very fair size. Pretty central location although it is on a “dead” street. Own parking and there is another nearby. There was only one elevator and during our stay was out of service several times. The treatment is absolutely cordial, but there are some things we didn't like: they scanned the ID without permission, pronounced the names, place of origin and price to pay aloud with more people at reception.

Noise in my room low rating
Hotel 5 minutes from Playa Mayor. Low average rating because I usually go to a hotel alone to sleep. And on this occasion I could hardly do it because in my room, which overlooked an inner courtyard with 3 extractor tubes, there was a continuous noise, day and night, although I do not know where it comes from. Otherwise the hotel very good as most of those in this chain. Very varied and good breakfast. The staff who attended the breakfasts, in my case (3 people) spectacular, greeting all the clients, with a smile on their face and trying to help if any problems arose. Congratulations. It has Parking Service at 14€/day. There is a public parking lot about 100 meters away. In the area you cannot park in the street
