Very good customer service

We were forced to cancel part of a reservation and they have been very attentive and willing to help, without any objection. The telephone and email service have been very well attended to. Providing the solution that best suited us. Very grateful.

A beautiful establishment but too noisy.

The establishment is built on ecological standards and is quite comfortable. Unfortunately, it is not very quiet, with door slamming, late arrivals (midnight), and noisy groups. We had to wait until 1 AM to finally be able to sleep.

Scam hostel

Avoid at all costs! This hostel is a complete scam. We paid for two nights, but when we arrived, they didn’t even have beds for us. The receptionist was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. To make things worse, we never got our money back. They take your payment and then leave you stranded with nowhere to stay. As two young girls we ended up in a nightmare.Don’t be fooled by the photos or description — it might look like a nice hostel online, but the reality is a nightmare. Save yourself the stress and book literally anywhere else.

I was affraid about this hotel, because majority of people who stayed here leave nagative respond. As for bed bug, I couldn't see it for couple of day. Receptionist are quite low key, and Hotel locates at slum area, also bit far away from the central.
Overall, hotel is still decent choice as long as you're in the moment to cut your expenditure off.

All good!

Everything is great! The taxi driver who took us there warned us that it was in a troubled neighborhood but we didn't have any problems. They failed to send us the codes by email to enter the hostel because we arrived at night. Even so, there was a telephone and from there they helped us and everything was great.
