Very happy with everything in general

Our stay has been great, but without a doubt one of the things we take away the most is how Elena treated us. She is a charming waitress, super approachable and kind. It is a pleasure to meet people like that when you are on vacation. Thank you! From the Domínguez family

Beach front has great views but internally could be better.

We wanted a beach front apartment with a balcony to relax on and this certainly was. It has beautiful views of the harbour. However we were very disappointed not to have tea and coffee making facilities (standard in most hotels) but we were loaned a kettle (leaving a deposit) but had to get our own beverages. Also no English television ..quite a let down. Pool was more of a splash pool but clean and tidy. Reception staff very helpful and pleasant but other restaurant staff not very welcoming. First morning breakfast ok but luke warm. Bit disorganised - tea bags not near the hot water etc. Second morning definitely not up to standard. Cold beans, no sausages or orange juice we didnt bother and went out to eat. Third morning not too bad ..omelette instead of fried eggs no sausage usual cold beans. We left early on the 4th morning and did get a take away breakfast but other than the banana not very appealing. Towels seemed in short supply and take your own toiletries as not very plentyful. Bit rowdy on an evening on the balcony . We had a singer playing the castanets next door.. at 2.15 am for half an hour..joy!! Nice reception staff/great balcony view and great location but no more than that

Absolutely awful

I stayed at this hotel in March 2026 and absolutely loved it. We had a lovely room facing the beach. So chose this hotel for myself and my friend and her daughter who were on a visit to the uk from Australia and wanted to experience a short break in Spain. When I saw their double room and my single room I was devastated. They were both awful. I hadn’t expected a sea view but both rooms were facing a dingy little courtyard. There was no natural light at all. For my single room I had paid over 100 euros per night which was more than their individual cost. I expected to pay more as I was a single occupant but assumed that was because I was a single occupant in a double room but my room was small with a single bed. At least they had a walk in shower, mine was a tiny little shower with sliding Perspex doors. The hotel was full so unable to move rooms, not their fault. The day before I was leaving I was offered a side room but had plans to be out all day. Don’t stay in room 118 it’s horrendous.

Experience

Everything was very good and clean, but there was something that made me a little uncomfortable; one of the cleaning staff entered our room while I was showering. I had to get out of the shower and hold the door so she wouldn't open it because she was turning off my light and pushing the door to open it, even when she herself felt that I was holding the door. I would like you to improve that, but everything else was very good.

Great hotel,

We choose this hotel for it's location and wasn't disappointed, it's right opposite the beach, the staff were all really helpful, the rooms were clean and comfy, a kettle in there would of been a added bonus!
Food was plentiful and tasty
The roof top pool was a real sun trap with a great view.
Would definitely stay there again
