Basic with great location

The apartment itself was fairly basic and clean, it had everything that we needed for our short stay. The reception was easy to find, a small welcome kit was provided; with washing up liquid, cleaning cloths, soap and shower gel sachets.
We thought the apartment was situated in an excellent location; near the beach, eateries, bars and shops. Although there were no balconies, we had a good view from our window.
If we came back to Benidorm for a cheap long weekend, we would definitely stay here again.

Ok stay

Great location right on the seafront, we didn't have a balcony but had great views of the sea. In walking distance of the strip and restaurants on your doorstep inc mcdonald's and burger king. Room was ok, little outdated but had everything you need including washing machine which meant I had nothing dirty to wash once home such a bonus. Parking at the back of hotel which is handy. Nowhere to plug in the kettle which was annoying as you had to move the microwave to get to a plug which needs sorting.
Issues we faced included the reception only being manned for a few hours a day so with check in had to go to another hotel. Plus we had people on our floor partying every single night until 4/5 am and the walls are paper thin so we barely got any sleep. Unfortunately will not be using again for this reason and no pool but that is because the beach is right there but we are more pool people.
Overall it was an ok stay and we had a lovely time.

Great location

Booked direct and everything went really smoothly. Stayed on 11th floor accommodation totally adequate for our stay.
Microwave was broken and replaced within 2 hrs. Office staff really helpful. Didn't leave until evening and was given keys for lock up to leave cases.

Shocking

Booked with Booking.com two bed apartment keys picked up in Benidorm, no water in the property letting agent useless stayed overnight no water. Promises made didn’t happen. Offered another apartment in the complex a one bedroom apartment, if we wanted a one bedroom apartment, would have booked one. Booking.com nightmare to deal with full of excuses and patronising comments, spoke with a worker in the complex explained our situation. Answer use a bucket and a hose really in this day and age eventually moved to a two bedroom apartment not the same standard as we booked i suppose need to be be grateful had running water. In future staying clear Booking.com little or no back up when needed, renting unsanitary apartments. I wouldn’t trust them and wouldn’t book with them in the future. Buyer beware plenty of other companies to rent from. They

Great stay

We always stay at Las carabelas I book direct with costapart Katri is a lovely lady and she will do her best to accomadate your requests they have sea view and location is perfect for us .There not 5 star but are very clean and comfortable with plenty of space key collection is at Mont park hotel outside office hours Katri is on site 11 am to 1pm monday to saturday .
