Can't get enough!
This place is amazing on all levels. From cleanliness to amazing staff.
That was our 3rd visit and going again in October this year with family.

Stunning hotel with great sea views
This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and certainly won't be our last.
We booked a front Sea view room and the views from the balcony was absolutely spectacular and the room was large and well equipped with a fantastic bathroom which was separated from the main room with a hallway.
My wife being coeliac found no problems finding anything to eat. The restaurant staff were excellent in showing her what was gluten free, albeit the food choices on the buffet were well labeled. She could fill in s form the night before I'd she fancied anything special gluten free which was great. They seved gluten free pizza, pasta and chips which are normally hard to get I s hotel resturant.
We spent most of our time in the adults only pool area which was great as this was tucked away from the more active area so was nice and relaxing for us.
There was also an indoor pool area within the spa area which was a nice change from the outdoor pool.
The staff in the hotel were also very friendly and attentive which added to the overall fantastic holiday experience.
The hotel us also right beside the bus stops with frequent services and very reasonable fares.
We will definitely be back soon.

A fabulous stay thanks to great complex and friendly staff
We had 7 days all-inclusive here in March and had a fantastic time. The hotel complex felt perfect for us - large enough to explore and enjoy different spaces, but not so sprawling that it felt overwhelming or unfriendly.
The room was spacious and very clean, with daily visits from the cleaners. Huge bed which was very comfortable - slept so well! We went for 'side sea view' but you were still looking directly out onto the sea and the amazing view towards Fuengirola.
The various large pool areas had lots of space and plenty of sunbeds to go around with amazing sea views too. Even though it was pretty much still out of season, there were lots of activities throughout the day from the Animation team, who never stopped smiling!
The food in the all-inclusive restaurant was generally very good. Plenty of choice and themed nights, always with the pizza counter to fall back on if all else fails! Breakfast was particularly great. The only minor grumble on the food was that some of it was lukewarm, but that's pretty standard for most buffet-style places and a quick zap in the microwave in the dining area soon sorted it! Part of our Jet2 package also included one evening meal in the à la carte restaurant on the other side of the complex, which was excellent. Delicious food, really friendly, attentive service and a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the buffet restaurant.
One of the real highlights though was the friendliness of all the staff. I don't think we encountered a single person all week who wasn't friendly and helpful. Particular shout out to Santiago behind the main bar, who was always really welcoming, somehow seemed to remember everyone's faces and drinks orders, and pours a mean Victoria Malaga and G&T!!
Our only two slight negatives of the whole trip were that the room got very warm in the afternoon as the sun came around, even with the curtains closed, and the air con would only heat, not cool, while out of season. There were also no fans available so we generally kept out of the room in the afternoon until it cooled back down in the evening.
And, location-wise, the hotel is quite out on the edge of the main Benalmedena resort. We knew that when booking and don't mind a good walk, but it's a good 15 minutes or so really before you start hitting any bars or shops, and more like 40-45 minutes to places like the Marina or Bonanza Square. We picked up a green bus travel card though which helped us to get about more without having to do the walk there and back every day.
Overall, a really great experience, excellent value for money and definitely a place we'd come back to again.

Excellent Hotel with staff that cannot help you enough
This is my sister and I's 3rd time at this hotel. Staff are amazing and we cannot fault the hotel in any way. Food is great, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the side sea view rooms offer a fantastic view. The staff cannot do enough for you and the maid was lovely. We spent all our time in the adult section and pool and it is lovely and restful. The only thing is it is not advertised that the day beds are charged at 20 euro per day ( well worth it though) The only thing that lets the hotel down is the entertainment in the evening apart from the soul group who were excellent. I feel that this is now my Spanish home and will be back!! It is very easy to get about with a bus stop outside the hotel and taxis are readily available and very reasonably priced. Old town, harbour and Butterfly park are all within easy reach and all worth a visit or two. Thankyou again for a wonderful holiday Estival Torrequebrada!!

20 degrees plus and sunny.
In response to a previous review where I mentioned the air con. I can assure who ever responds to the reviews, at the time of our stay the outside temperature was definitely not 16-18 degrees. Whatever weather apps state the weather was warm and fine. I assume that I will be told again it was 16-18 degrees. We had excellent weather for the time of year, probably the best we have had at that time and we are frequent visitors to the area. The temperature which at some point on every day reached 20+ degrees, and was sunny was a bonus. I really don't think we would have being lying around the pool area in 16 degrees and on 2 occasions, for a while, we had to take to the shade in the outdoor snack bar area. The outside temperature is not necessarily the only thing that affects temperature in a hotel room, location and sunshine are two other factors. I understand that many hotels do not use air con before the month of May but our room was ridiculously warm and even with the balcony door open, there was no breeze, due to the position of the room, and very little wind during our stay. We were not the only guests who stated their room was very warm and stuffy. If I was lucky enough to receive the last fan, I can only assume other guests had asked for all the other fans because their rooms were also too warm. Maybe more fans need to be acquired by the hotel to meet the demand of guests, when those early bookings are lucky enough to have warm, sunny weather above 20 degrees.
