The blanket on my bed was thin, prefer to have a comforter instead, so cold in the middle of the night and need to turn my air conditioner temperature up.

Wonderful location and great layout. Would recommend for families. Ours was a brief stay but we'd definitely return again.

Air conditioning in a heatwave, a washer/dryer combo that’s less complicated than the one at home (chatgpt helps with translated instructions), and enough space to really spread out. Ideal location. It would be my top choice on another trip to Barcelona.

outstanding service

Our stay at Up Suites Barcelona was absolutely exceptional. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. This was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
A very special thank you to Fernando, who took incredible care of our family throughout our entire stay. He was always kind, professional, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. His hospitality truly made a difference and made us feel at home.
The hotel is perfectly located, very clean, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. Everything was well maintained, and the entire staff made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We are truly grateful for such outstanding service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Disappointing

Room not up to expectations: poorly cared for (oxidized and dirty dishwasher, broken carpet, dirty curtains) and with an unpleasant smell that came from the bathroom. The crib they fortuitously gave us for the baby was smashed and smelly. The bedroom does not have a door separating it from the living room, so if you are travelling with children consider that it is as if it were a unique environment. For the same price, much better solutions are found.
