The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, serving us with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble.
The room was clean, well laid out, light and airy. The bathroom area was an unusual design, with a sliding door sealing off separate shower and toilet areas.
The location was ideal, being located on Place de Cataluna, amongst the shops, restaurants and bars.
I would definitely choose to stay here again when next in Barcelona.

Staff were very helpful. The room was clean however no where but the bed to relax. It was in a great location.

Exceptional Service from Nabil!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. A special thank you to Nabil at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. He greeted us with a warm smile, patiently answered all of our questions, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Nabil, for your kindness and hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again!

Hotel Olivia Plaza - Excellent

First time in barcelona and we weren't sure where best to stay. We chose Hotel Olivia Plaza and it was excellent, a short stroll to the old town, great atmosphere, brilliant service, clean, the team couldn't have done more for us. We would highly recommend it.

Good location. Strange bar situation. Dudnt know hiw to order a drink. Air conditioning worked well. Wifi not so much. No gym or pool, FYI. I’d stay somewhere less crowded next time. That said, it seemed to be easy to catch a taxi in front.
