Hotel quality hostel
I was very pleased with the hostel. The single room was big, the bathroom spacious enough. There was a kitchen in the corridor and a little breakfast-buffet in it permanently available 24/7.
My room was made daily, which I didn't expect in a hostel. All in all, very pleased.

Amazing!
Great location, quick links to metro & a main street with cafe’s and shops. Loved the balcony and the kitchen area is such a convenience with food included and coffee/tea free! The terrace is great too, would’ve been much more use to me if it was nice and warm. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Average room, noisy on the ground floor
Booked this because of positive reviews but found it to be quite average. The rooms on the ground floor are very noisy because they are next to the kitchen and washing machine. Also very close to reception, so you hear the staff and other guests all night and early in the morning.
In room 2 you had to wait a long time for the water in the shower to get hot and there was no hot water in the sink. Also the bed was made of some strange foam so was not very comfortable.
There was a free breakfast anytime you wanted (some bread, coffee, jam) and you could use the kitchen too.
Location was ok - you could not walk to the tourist sights but there are buses five minutes walk away (Magoria La Campana) and metro 10/15 minutes walk (Mercat Nou/Placa Espanya). It was a residential area (watch out for the dog mess in the street!).
Overall this was a cheap place but not very comfortable. I would suggest that if you stay here you do not stay on the ground floor.

Great value
Small rooms, but nice and clean. Love the outdoor patio, and the small shared kitchen with everything you need to make coffee and small meals. Toast, butter and jelly is free.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Aircondition good. I'm glad we paid a little extra for the balcony.

Great place and value for money for solo traveler
As a solo traveler, I was very pleased with this place. The room was very clean, furniture in good state and quite modern, and all facilities were working well (heating, hot water, TV, internet). Location is quite convenient: close by the airport bus stop, close to the metro station, there is a small grocery shop at a very short walk away, etc. All of this for a very interesting and cheap price. Highly recommended!
