This hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast is fantastic and it is well located in the city of Barcelona. We definitely come back again.

Worst service – monotonous breakfasts.

The hotel is pleasant and the reception staff are fantastic—polite and always eager to help. However, the bar service is a disaster; they forget orders and show a complete disregard for everything and everyone. They bring the wrong items. Even if you go to the bar yourself to place an order, the wait time is at least 30 minutes, despite there not being a single other person there. The rooms and bathrooms are fine. At breakfast, if something ran out, the wait for it to be replenished was at least 30 minutes.

Avoid at all costs

Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the food was absolutely horrendous. The staff are probably the rudest, miserable lot of people I have ever met in my life, especially the bald man. Air con was faulty the whole trip. Security guard on the door is unfriendly. The service is the worst I have ever experienced in my whole life.

Good Hotel and staff

Room is clean. Breakfast is very good. Lots of choices and varies everyday. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Great experience in Barcelona. A hotel to return to

I went with my daughter to Barcelona to watch a FC Barcelona game.
It coincides with the Mobile Congress and virtually all hotels, hostels, apartments, etc... in the city were already booked. I happened to find this hotel and although the price of the room (as happens whenever there is a mega event like the MWC) were a little inflated, it was the best option.
We just slept, didn't get breakfast.
At reception (Marc) we were very well served. Very kindly tells us the distance and the best way to get to Barcelona Stadium, and suggested that we could use, at no cost, the shuttle service provided by the hotel to move to the soccer field. And we did.
I also handed us unticket for two drinks (one per person) at the hotel bar.
Spacious room, good shower, very clean.
The gym (free for guests) is correct, with a couple of stationary bikes, a treadmill, an elliptical and several strength machines.
They have a small spa that you can use if you stay two or more nights. It wasn't our case.
