A gem in the heart of Baeza

A gem in the heart of Baeza: Experience of 10
Our stay at the Hotel Carmen Boutique has simply been second to none. From the moment you walk through the door, you realize it’s not just another hotel; it’s a soulful place where every detail counts.
What we liked the most:
*Exquisite decoration: The taste with which the hotel is decorated is noteworthy. They have managed to create an elegant, welcoming and very personal atmosphere.
*Guaranteed Rest: It is difficult to find a hotel where the bed and mattress are perfect, but here they are. We have rested wonderfully, something fundamental to enjoy the city.
*The soul of the hotel: Pink
If there is one thing that makes this place shine with its own light, it is Rosa, the receptionist. It's a real woman charm:
*Unbeatable treatment: Friendly, nice and of a kindness that is no longer easily found.
*The best guide: Your tips and advice on what to visit and, above all, where to eat, were a total success. Know Baeza perfectly and transmit it to you with an infectious passion.
*Verdict: There are few people left with that vocation of service and that human warmth. Rosa has made our visit much more special.
*Recommended 100% for those looking for quality, good taste and first-rate family treatment in Baeza. We'll be back for sure!

Worst impossible

Dirty, bad shower that flooded the first shower the whole instance. And to top it off, deafening noise from the street all night. We booked two nights the day we arrived with breakfast but left the next day requesting to be paid the second night, as promised. But what they did was drag us out indicating that they had to talk to the management wasting our time and in the end they didn’t pay us for the second day’s stay, not even breakfast.
Very mean. There are plenty of stars left over and there is a lot of empathy missing.

Highly recommended

We were surprised to arrive at this hotel in the heart of Baeza. The location is unbeatable, perfect to enjoy the city on foot. The building is beautiful and very well maintained, very charming. Upon arrival, the receptionist was especially friendly and attentive, which made the welcome even better.
The room was spotless: clean, comfortable, well decorated and with a balcony that added a special touch to the stay. Definitely a place we will return to and would recommend without thinking.
