Good choice

Good food, and comfortable, clean and family rooms. Great value for money. Parking gratuito. Very good choice

HORRIPILUS!!!!!

Horripilus, baby beds, sinks don't smell good smell like pee, eat terrible not the following. They don't even have a medicine cabinet. The stretch from the ground floor to the first floor is a total danger if you go down since it has no railing if you fall you have no place to hold on, it is a mandatory thing by law a railing is mandatory. Let's leave total sloppiness on the part of the boss. Very expensive for what is not expensive is very expensive. Staff good people. And it's true what I've seen in some review a lot of noise with machines doesn't go to sleep looks like a factory.

Rooms with Higher Noise than Factories

For putting something good in, breakfast, not bad. If the room was in a factory, it would be locked by noise. They have a fume extractor just below and it won't let anyone sleep. Insufferable and when you go to reception they look like... Gentleman in this hotel the chef swallows the smoke lol

I'm a regular customer

Dear team from Los Galanes and Cafeteria,
I am a regular customer who enjoys breakfast, eating the daily menu and sometimes having a few beers with my partner in your establishment. I work in the media and in the Deputation, so I highly value the quality of the services they offer.
I want to highlight the excellent attention I always get from the waiters and the work of the cooks, who are very professional. However, I have noticed some details that I believe could be improved and would positively affect the customer experience.
Air conditioning and porch fan: These have been broken down for a while, making outdoor stays less pleasant.
Condition of bathrooms: Bathrooms on the ground floor show signs of antiquity and also have some damage that might need repair.
Facade: The facade of the hotel looks old and neglected, which affects the first Impression of the place.
Value for money for the menu: The menu not only has a quality and quantity that I consider insufficient for the price charged, but is also repetitive, which could discourage regular customers like me.
I am convinced that employees do their best to provide a good service, but these areas of improvement depend on Owner management. It would be positive if the owner considered investing in these improvements to increase customer satisfaction. It is not a matter of being stingy, but of offering an environment and service that corresponds to the expectations of customers.
I appreciate in advance the attention to these comments and hope to see some improvements in the future.

I WOULD NOT REPEAT

We start with the good. Location is not bad and it looks clean although a little old. The worst thing was the noise and the uncomfortable beds.
At breakfast (included) they charged me an extra 3.60 for the gluten-free bread. I asked them why and they told me that they also had to charge me for a small tub of butter since the gluten-free bread was a little bigger.
I wouldn't repeat.
