Few tips if you are going here:
- If you want to eat lunch or dinner in the restaurant on site you have to whatsapp them to reserve a table. Do this as early as possible - we arrived mid afternoon and messaged asking for a table - no reply. When we went directly to the restaurant, we were told no as we didnt have a reservation even though it was half empty. So we had to leave and find somewhere off site- you have to have a car for this as others have said it is off grid.
- Reception is a toll booth type box in the middle of the complex - they shut the windows so it does look shut but it isnt.
- Others have mentioned the smell, it isnt unbearable but is noticeable.
- It is quiet and the lodges are comfortable but not doable without a car and the ability to use whatsapp!

50TH BIRTHDAY PARTY.

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday party, and it was a total success. We celebrated it on the chill-out terrace; they offered us the reserved area next door, and we were fantastic, very well attended throughout the evening, with everything we contracted for cocktails and drinks. The food was very well presented, sufficient, and very tasty. The manager of the terrace, Monai, treated us exceptionally well. Also, very good service from the waiters and from Moises, the guy at the bar. Honestly, I was very surprised by how well we had a great time. All my friends left delighted. If we can, we will repeat the experience. A thousand thanks

Tranquility throughout the premises.

A very beautiful and cozy place. Clean and spacious bungalows. Very good and abundant food. What I did not like was the exterior, which was very neglected and dirty. I believe they need more people for the outdoor work. But other than that, everything was very good and the employees were very friendly.

Send the management to overseas hospitality training

My bias, I am American traveling with my Spanish partner attending her nephew's wedding, so I am used to the dozens of wonderful European and American hospitality experiences we have had throughout so many countries, this, however, was far from anything I have experienced. I have to think, if the management were to attend some hospitality training in NY, or Paris, or even Madrid, the place would be so much more successful. Oh well...
Let's start with check in, the place is a short trip from the outskirts of Madrid, we took an Uber. This is a fairly sprawling complex and it's 10-15 minutes to walk around all of it. We arrived at the gate station, the Uber could not pass until we completed check in process. This means, your cab or ride-share needs to wait 15-20 minutes to finish the slow process. Uber is not permitted to wait, so that means you are left standing at the gate entrance with all your luggage, and then have to walk the 10-15 mins in the dark to find your bungalow. They have golf carts for ferrying things around but won't offer them to guests. We ended up paying the driver cash to wait as we had too much luggage, if you have a cab, likely the meter will run the whole time. The staff was quite rude about the process, as we asked if we could just drop our bags off and come back to finish, but no, we had to not only check in with all our documents, but also pre-pay our entire stay before being allowed to enter. We complained the next day, the response was, we're sorry...
Get to the bungalow, it smells of an awful odor of backed up sewage, and when roaming around, we were told by one of the maintenance workers there is a backwater swamp that needs to be drained once a week which causes the odor. Some in our party still had very smelly cabins, most notably the grooms family, a terrible shame. The cabins are cold, and you need to run the heaters, which are a little hard to figure out. There is an incredibly annoying motion sensing light in the bathroom, with glass clear walls, which is on a timer, that you cannot change, which means, when one person gets up to go to the bathroom, the entire cabin lights up. We also had to ask for more toilet paper, as the standard issue is one roll... The night sleep was very uncomfortable as we were close to the reception hall and the music very loud, second night until 4:00am, and I felt very badly for the bride and groom, neither one slept at all the night before their wedding thanks to their proximity to the hall and the very loud music.
Move to the restaurant, food was reasonable and the breakfast included, which was nice, and food was pretty standard. Advertised meals times were completely unclear, and the staff, let me just say, the attitude reflected a sense that they were doing us an incredible favor by serving us, just a sour unpleasant experience for a dinner that was fair, for the very high price compared to Madrid prices. I think the only thing keeping this place afloat is the wedding and reception areas, which seem to do reasonable well.
If you're coming to stay here, I think a lot of staff training around what a customer service experience means, needs to happen before this place is worthy of the fairly high price of a stay.

Potency but then you have to clean up and clean

Were standing in the RV lot, all alone.
Toilet block extremely dirty, not cleaned. Doors couldn't be locked. Showering difficult because the shower head could be hung at belly button height.
Hot water, free washing machine and grass

Muy buena ubicación
