Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests who cause noise disturbance for other guests may lose their deposit and be asked to leave the premises. A safe is available for hire in the apartments. Parking is subject to availability at check-in. Room renovations will begin in July. Guest comfort and common areas will not be affected. REMEMBER: All guests, including minors, must present official identification upon arrival. The only valid documents recognized are: DNI (National Identity Document), NIE (Foreigner Identification Number), or PASSPORT, according to applicable Spanish regulations (Order INT/321/2021 and Royal Decree 933/2021).
