Beautiful place maybe a little remote
Beautiful place and apartment was big,air con very cold and very clean,yes there are a few cracks and our jets in our bath didn’t work(we didn’t know we had a bath so didn’t mind!)beach towels all inc too which was great and washing machine with liquid too,handy for pool towels etc.
Pools are fabulous and never busy and we are here in summer holidays!the roof top pool was our favourite.The pool bar does the best porn star martini ever and I’ve tried a few!!,great service and the food was superb!my daughter loves rare steak and they actually did it rare,unusual back home!!Downsides were the annoying locking and unlocking of pool gates!,a pain if not all of you at the pool!maybe a key card or the sensor fob would be a better idea??
Yes there might be a bit of tlc needed in places,like loose pool tiles and cracks in buildings but for the price and place it was lovely!Id recommend a car though as there aren’t really any beaches near that you can swim,the nearest one was rocky and a lot of litter about sadly!We ventured into Adeje itself and playa Cosillos,lots of food options there and more touristy.We were only here 6nights but would definitely stay longer,just maybe get a car though.Highly recommend Dahlia and apartment 85!(booking.com)great communication and very clean.Overall 4/5

Disgusting
Despite looking like an idyllic place in the photographs, the reality is different; they do not perform the maintenance or cleaning it needs, and since they do not stop taking reservations, they do not have time to make the repairs. We arrived and surprise, there was dampness on the ground floor of the duplex, it stank, they knew about it but said it took time to dry... well, fix it properly and then rent it out!!' In general, it was not very clean, but the worst part was on the last day when I removed the dirty sheets upon leaving, I discovered that the mattresses throughout the house are full of stains, it is disgusting, a real pigsty, a tourist accommodation cannot rent an apartment in such unsanitary conditions, but the owner only says that he will change them eventually and that he will only compensate us for not being able to use one of the bedrooms due to the dampness.

Lovely complex and excellent poolside restaurant
We stayed at the Adeje Paradise in April 2026.
I was initially slightly sceptical that the pool restaurant would be any good, but I was absolutely proved wrong - the food is superb (really good quality), and reasonably priced. Fillet Steaks which were amazing. Boys had burgers (which they loved). Also had pork tenderloin which was superb. Excellent Barraquitos too.
On holiday we usually venture out and about for lunch and evening meals, but the pool restaurant was so good that we needed up eating there (either lunch or dinner) almost every day.
The resort itself is really great (we loved the architecture style), and the pools are great (not just a rectangle - the pools are varied and interesting). The layout is really great, place is clean and pretty quiet.- a few friendly cats hanging around, which we stopped for and stroked on evening walks back to our apartment.
We had a lovely all-round experience here.

Well-equipped, comfortable apartment in a complex that needs updating.
We stayed at Paradise Adeje Residences and found the apartment itself to be very well equipped and comfortable — it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. However, the complex overall is starting to look a bit tired and could definitely do with some updating. One thing we found a little strange was the need to unlock gates to access the pool area, even though it’s already a gated complex — it felt a bit unnecessary. That said, the location was good, the atmosphere was peaceful, and we still had a lovely holiday. With a few improvements, it could be a really fantastic place.
