Hotel Victor was a very disappointing stay. The room had multiple bugs, including near the bed and on the curtains. The

Definitely NOT recommending this Victor hotel and here are the reasons why
1 - entering in the room and the first thing that we find is the bug's running around the room not one but multiple of them next to the bed on the curtens like you can see on the pictures
2 - when we like to take a shower the water was not even hot enough to take a proper shower in the winter time when out side is -4 degree we did tell the reception but she didn't care enough and her answer it was the water heater it too far from your room and to many people are taking shower the same time and like we see in the hotel was bearly even half full so a bit mission impossible but anyway and she even say that she is nit an expert in this industry and that she can't do nothing about but bicause we have another room book as well and she told us to take a shower in the other room... what's the point if you paying for room if you need to take a shower in other people's room so very very bad service.
3 - the radiotors in the room wasn't working so you can't use them if you want to heat up your room or dry something if you want to wash and we get the same answer from the reception that's nothing can be done so again we pay in this hotel just to get bugs no hot water and no heating and reception can't do nothing about it so not recommend this hotel at all it looks nice but if you have all this things not working it's pointless to leave a good recommendation here so this is my experience whit my friends staying for New Year here

Worst checkin ever!

If you like a hotel where the lady at reception has a real problem with her attitude, you will like this hotel.

BAD!!!!!

They leave you out if you are a minute late, plus they DO NOT REFUND, despite having accepted my check in from 23 to 00, ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED! I'VE NEVER SEEN A HOTEL THAT LEAVES CUSTOMERS OUT!!!

That's bad!

We arrived last night at 00:03 and were left out as the reception was closed at 00:00!
I understand the taxation but we had just arrived from Italy .. for three minutes they made us spend the night in the street!
Terrible!
This morning arrived in the room we found dirty beds and worms in the bathroom!!
Better on the street!

Convenient but thats about all

Although a very nice hotel, the facilities were very poor, restaurant wasnt open in the evening Although apparently breakfast was available which we weren't offered, very noisy even though there wasnt many people in the hotel, so I assume they put everyone in the same location in the hotel, cleaners were outside our room both mornings bang on 9am getting all their trolleys out, not really the best place to do this right outside customers rooms in my opinion, very very noisy people in the hotel shouting and jumping around on both nights, couldn't use the aircon unless you were luck it came on at 2am, rooms outdated curtains just smelt of people's BODY ODOUR, obviously haven't been taken down and washed for a while, work men outside at 0730 both mornings, people stood at front door smoking and shouting late evening and early morning, no one there at checkout, we did notice the reception wasnt manned in the morning, obvious reason for this, ideal for convenience into old town but thats about it really, was also charged more at check in than when we booked with booking.com.
If you want convenience rather than quality go for it.
