Velmi prijemny pobyt

Velmi dobra cena za tak pekne zariadeny hotel. Prijemny personal,vyuzili sme aj restiku a dobre sme sa najedli. Blizko letiska a kusok od centra. Odporucam:)
Very good price for this beautiful hotel. Pleasant personal. We had also great food in hotel restaurant for good prices. Near airport and center. I recommend. :)

It was OK

We were in the area and went to have a late lunch. The entry was a bit confusing as we entered through the door which led into restaurant area - we thought - and found ladies cleaning the room but it was room for event. So we moved to other room which was bar and restaurant. We found that the hotel offers daily menu (choice of 3 main meals with soup of the day for Eur 6,90) but only within the time from 11.15am-2pm. As we came later we chose from their season menu - chicken nuggets with chips (Eur8) and fried cheese with chips and tartar sauce (Eur 10.80). To drink my husband chose big glass of Pilsner beer (Eur3,30) and I opted for white vinea (Eur2,80) which is slightly bubbly grape based drink. The taste of both meals was OK.

very pleased

..good prices, very tasty food and drinks, absolutely excellent service - we had really good time in the non smoking area and we will definitely come back for more :) I can only recommend the restaurant at the hotel

Not a good experience

I have never stayed at a hotel that had dirty rooms until I came to Hotel 21. As soon as I walked into the room I felt spider web over my face. There were spots on the walls from dead bees, more greesy spots by one of the beds wall. I didn't feel good at all. The furniture and decorations looked very new but unfortunately it felt as if hasn't been dusted for a few weeks. Wifi didn't work in my room only in the lobby, which was pretty annoying since they were advertising wifi in all areas. Staff wasn't professional. I have never given a bad review before but this hotel really didn't do it for me. I came to Bratislava for quick business trip and dealing with such issues was the last thing i needed. Definitely booking another hotel for my next trip.

Maximalna spokojnost

Vybrala som si Hotel 21 na oslavu svojej 40-tky spolu s ubytovanim a musim povedat, ze som bola maximalne spokojna. Dakujem pani Krchnavej za skvelu organizaciu mojej oslavy, transparentnu komunikaciu, vsetko bolo presne tak ako sme sa dohodli.
Velmi milo ma prekvapila vysoka miera pohostinnosti a ustretovosti personalu, od recepcie, obsluhy az po kuchynu. Velky kompliment Jankovi, Andrejke a panovi kucharovi, vdaka nim sme sa aj s rodinou citili ako v 5* hoteli.
Hotel 21 mozem len odporucit, ci uz na organizaciu oslavy alebo ubytovanie v hlavnom meste kedze ceny su bezkonkurencne. Este raz dakujem a urcite niekedy nabuduce.
